Hello Ian and thanks for staying with us at the Ovolo Nishi. I'm sorry to hear that we weren't really for you on this occasion and we love how fair and constructive your feedback is. You'd be happy to know that since the re-branding from Hotel Hotel to Ovolo Nishi that we're looking to really change-up some of the aspects of our rooms to be a bit more user-friendly without losing on that lovely bespoke feel.. from adding in some more customisable lighting options to some clearer signage overall. We honestly think that it would at least warrant a return visit to determine whether we're on the right track by you and we hope to see you next time you're around this end. Thanks
