The staff are great and the rooms are always clean. The facilities are old but there is renovations taking place and lots of newer art and tvs in the rooms.

Our experience was very good

Our overall stay experience was great. There was a plumbing issue on the bathroom so they upgraded us to a deluxe room for the rest of our stay at no extra cost which we appreciated. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cheaper but clean room to stay in Canberra.

The room was clean but worn. The service was attentive and responsive, but two blown globes should not have been there in the first place, and the central light fittting was loose, inviting an electrical danger for that metal fitting. The shower was missing its soap shelf and so I left the curtain outside the shower lip so I could put the shampoo and soap on that. The water running down the shower curtain then filled up the bathroom floor, which had no drain. I was able to use the spare towels to sop it up, but that was a problem that should not have been possible in the first place.
