We stay at the Vibe regularly before early morning flights. Lovely (upgraded) large room because of my Expedia status. Excellent parking. Restaurant is nice, but bit too bright and always seems to be a "pot-luck" affair. Eg, entrees & main brought out together, previous long waits, wrong plates, etc. My wife and I look at each other and say "they just don't get it"!! Training needed.

I had a very early flight out of Canberra this morning. I asked for a ‘wake up’ call. NONE came!! No one at reception to return key/cards. I had to leave them on the unattended reception desk. I thought not very good security.

We stayed here one night before an early morning flight that connected with an international flight. We found the room comfortable and the staff very accommodating (we checked in after the hotel’s restaurant had closed but they kindly pulled something together when they saw how tired and hungry one of us was). The hotel is a very easy walk to the terminal (less than 10 minutes for us).
