Mixed emotions

Check in very quick. Parking availability great. Room clean and tidy. TV smart so took time to actually figure out how to get normal channels with a remote that has 4 buttons. Went down for dinner. No table service. So order at the bar. Fine but went to pay with cash and the server went to take it and another server said they weren't taking cash tonight. So pay with card and 2.5% fee. Not happy about that. Food great. Next morning split tea on corner of bottom sheet. Left it. Came back and room.had been made up and stain still on made bed!!! Also new towel given when i had hung them behind door to use again as instructed on sustainability plaque!! Turned TV off to go to sleep and it kept turning itself back on and going to Chromecast settings. Had to turn off at wall socket. Pillows horrendous. Sooo soft. Needed two to get head off mattress. Probably wouldn't stay again unless had an early or late flight .

Our room was on the side getting the afternoon sun and as such we couldn’t get our room to cool down. The air con didn’t seem able to combat the heat hitting the glass windows.

I liked the friendly and effficient service. They were generous with their offer to allow me to check in early. As I had a meeting later on that was much appreciated. Convenient location for an early morning flight. Room was clean.tidy and nicely presented. I would stay there again and hope to do so in the future

Comfy overnight stay.

Lovely room for an overnight stay. Weird open bathroom situation but it is clean and well presented (toilet and shows behind frosted glass). So close to the terminal. Great bar atmosphere for a drink!
