The Cocoonr agency offers, in Cancale, this comfortable house with sea view, at less than one kilometer from the beach, of a surface of 150 m² and being able to welcome up to 8 travelers. Located in a quiet area, in front of the oyster beds, 2 minutes away from the port of La Houle and its beach, the house offers a unique view on the bay of Mont Saint Michel.

It is composed :

On the ground floor, a large reception hall giving on one side access to a nice living room of 50 m², with TV and wifi from where you can discover the oyster farming activity, an equipped kitchen open on the living room with notably: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplate and all the necessary equipment.
On the other side, a bedroom with sea view equipped with two single beds, a bathroom with independent Italian shower and a separate toilet.
A beautiful staircase gives access to the first floor and three double bedrooms:
A room with sea view, balcony, a King size bed 180x200,
A suite with sea view, king size bed 180x200, washbasin, shower, wc
A room with two single beds,
A bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet

The house is surrounded by a closed flowered garden of 480 m² half-shade, half-sun with a terrace and its garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
The house has a large basement with garage and indoor parking courtyard.

The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 50 m² with TV and wifi (optical fiber)
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Four bedrooms with 4 single beds and 2 king-size beds (180×200). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath
- Two separate toilets
- A beautiful garden of 580 m² + terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

For even more comfort : barbecue, washing machine, baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Cancale, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Très bon séjour en famille dans cette propriété spacieuse, très bien placée dans Cancale, tout à la fois au calme, près des restaurants et face à la mer. Tout se fait à pied. Idéale pour un long week-end.
