The place was very clean and the rooms were amazing! We loved the tub on our balcony and the view of the pools and ocean. We loved the huge pool and kayaking in the pool was fun! The staff here were very friendly and helpful. We did not love that everything was very indoors once the pools shut down around 6 pm. The theatres and shows were all inside and our family prefers being outdoors. The beach is not very nice here and the resort is not walkable to any amenities. My family likes more simple dining option (peanut butter and toast for breakfast and fruits and salads etc) there was not a nice selection of fruits or salads here, there was no butter or peanut butter available for the toast, we didn’t see any shrimp or steak at the buffets, We do not really love the food, yet the à la cart menus were great but the wait for the food was very long (which is difficult when travelling with children)

Great all inclusive. Food and booze are the best we have had at nearly 20 all inclusive resorts. Rooms are clean, staff is great. Pool is great for kids. Big resort, so plan to walk. Beach is fine, nothing special.

Unfortunately, our 4-day stay was very disappointing, mainly because of the poor service and food experience. - The staff’s English was extremely limited, which made even simple requests difficult or impossible to communicate. Many interactions left us frustrated. - The buffet was exactly the same every single day – no variation at all over 4 days. For the price we paid, we expected much more variety. - Making dinner reservations at the à la carte restaurants was a real hassle. There was no phone or app system – we had to walk to each restaurant in person to try to book a table. Even when we managed to get a slot, the only available time was 9:30 pm. With young children, waiting until 11:00–11:30 pm to actually eat is simply unacceptable. Overall, the dining and service fell far below the standard we expected from a resort of this category. We left feeling disappointed and will not return.

The resort was amazing but the only thing the kids club was not accommodating for special needs children! So we could not drop off our kiddo , we had to stay with him ! At first they did allow him but the second he was not following their plan for the period he was there we had to pick him up ! I guess they did not have enough employees for all of the kids ! And they had a specific plan for the kids that all of them need to follow! It will be great if they worked at that !

We stayed at the resort for 5 day and really like the property, very clean, safe top shelf alcohol and friendly staff but food was horrible, they need to have more option and verity, I would give them 5 star if I take the food out.
