Aside for the weather not being great, the resort had nothing planned for indoor activities if the weather wasn't great. They could have had an indoor pool or heated pool for anyone to use and not just 'exclusive' members. Also, we waited forever to get our room cleaned ..even tho we indicated that we wanted that service and the food and drinks were lacking...not great quality at all. You had to pay extra for better food and top shelf liquor. What's the point of being all inclusive???Also, the private beach was not cleaned so there was dead seaweed everywhere and it smelled.

Everything about this resort was wonderful. We were greeted with drinks at check in, every single staff member was smiling and helpful, our room was clean and modern. The food was very good with a wide variety, and they catered to my gluten allergy. Pools and beach were extremely clean and well cared for, and the nightly entertainment/ night club was a nice bonus. Horrible check in experience. No notice prior to check in date that we would not have a room available due to “water and electrical issues”. Pretty sure the resort was just overbooked due to the recent hurricane in Jamaica. Was given no option but to be moved to another facility only to find out it was not an adults only resort. The second resort was not at all comparable. Had to complain numerous times and finally was moved back to our original resort. Lost a whole day of our vacation due to these issues.
