The bar closed at 11pm all bars . Pretty indecent for an all inclusive experience. Had more fun off the resort than on the resort. There are activities but make sure you download the bogus app that never allows you to reserve( always sold out) . The resort is super small , paid for the Xhale Club and didn’t receive much additional anything. Waste of money for the xhale club for the amount we paid I would have expected more exclusive benefits. All the restaurants have long wait times and the only option for reservation is the Hibachi (best food option there). Their hosting staff always quotes wrong wait times and there’s absolutely no way for them to track who came first. No first come first serve ( bunch of nonsense). For the amount of money we spent you would think the resort would invest in their amenities , restaurants, and activities. Compared to other resorts I’m highly disappointed. The best part of the room was the shower. Paid for an ocean view and could only see the main lobby of the resort. Do better .

This place is amazing. Rooms are updated and beautiful with the views they say you get! Service is the best I have seen at an all inclusive and we have been to over 30 different ones. This place is not for a quiet get away but a fun party atmosphere with stunning views and facilities. We loved it had such variety but was still a pretty small intimate resort. Staff are off the charts, no excuses just service!

The food and the amenities were not ideal. The food lacked flavor and the staff were not attentive. The massage experience was negative and it seemed as if there were extra charges for many things. The entire experience felt like a money grab without service and experiences to justify the cost.

This property is definitely good if you need to get away and relax without a big turn up . Restaurant and pools were good . The only thing I did not like about the resort was I like Cadillac Margaritas but the resort had no Grand Marnier . The resort Beach is horrible I mean it’s no way you can get into that beach water it was real dirty . I had to go 30 minutes away to get some real nice beach water ( the hotel zone has great water in Cancun ) . Also the hotel is connected to the secrets they could come to our side of the resort but we could not go their side . So all in all if the beach water was clear and blue this would be the perfect peaceful vacation for the price that they are charging .

Room was great and very clean. Staff was amazing eapecially Roger and Edwin at the pool. Those 2 were amazing and made our stay very enjoyable always on top of whatever we needed!

The room had many items with issues (non-working). The food was very mediocre; and there were issues with contamination for gluten. We paid extra to upgrade to the Xhale level, which clearly advertises quieter, more relaxed atmospheres. This absolutely was not the case. The pools were extremely loud with music. The dance floor was located right outside the rooms and went late into the night. We spoke to many couples who also experienced this same issue and were also extremely disappointed by these things.

The receptionist did not give clear instructions about the how many restaurants are there. What services are included and what are not. Special occasions like New Year’s Eve we need to make reservations a day before in order to eat at French Cuisines, Mexican restaurants are closed on that day and no food services would be available. None of those information ere given. Instead, he only wanted to sell us more visits for future trips before we hadn’t started our very first experience in there. In general the service is good and the employees are nice.
