Cancun Bay All Inclusive Hotel offers 132 air-conditioned accommodations with laptop-compatible safes and an iron/ironing board. Rooms open to balconies or patios. We had so many hiccups which I have explained in detail and one was the tour hook up the guests services offer too pushy and ask too many personal questions, other thing was our room was never made right during our stay, one day not clean, the next day half way serviced to nothing to the point of not getting toilet paper and water restocked, no blankets just the thin sheets, front desk phone does not work it made me make trips to front desk everyday night upon return to have supplies and blankets sent to our room. No cofee was restocked unless we asked, we were tree people my husband myself and my Doughter and only two bath towels were restocked making me asking for a third bath towel every day. I would not come back here nor recommend to anyone. Sorry.

Nice location to port if you want to go to Isla mujeres. Nice entertainment at the resort. Pillows were not comfortable, only complaint, and one shower not working and never fixed. Buffet was pretty good, mainly all we ate at. Quality of food was not bad at all!

Had a great time with my family on vacation. Good for the price that was offered.What I wouldn't stay here again only because the buffet wasn't all that great. The restaurants were great. However the buffets could have better option. The activities were nice. Casino night was fun but could have had more tables

This property was amazing! I am still in awe at the cleanliness, upkeep of facilities, staff friendliness, and overall vibe! It was my daughter’s first time in Mexico and staying at a resort and she made so many friends who even taught her how to swim! I look forward to coming back soon. I highly recommend!!!!!

We stayed here for a week. ✅the La Vista Resto - The experience was exceptional. Food was great. You just have to make an early reservation. Tables were limited. Housekeeping - They maintained our rooms spic and span all throughout our stay. 🫤The beach is only a small stretch. Nothing much to do in this hotel. There are limited activities. Food in the main dining was a hit or miss. Some of the staff were not friendly.

I had a highly disappointing experience at Cancun Bay. The service quality was extremely poor, and the restaurant’s hygiene standards were unacceptable—most of the food offered was basic pasta with questionable cleanliness. I had booked a family suite advertised with a sea view, only to find out that no rooms in the hotel actually have one. When I raised this issue, the reception staff simply told me to cancel the reservation or contact Expedia. The open buffet was substandard, and the so-called Italian restaurant served nothing more than a plain cheese-and-tomato pizza. Overall, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel—it feels more like a low-budget roadside motel than a proper vacation destination.

The staff was amazing, food was great and had a variety of foods available. The room was small but for the time we stayed, it was doable. The surrounding areas were beautiful and well maintained. They played games during the day and had entertainment at night, which was always fun. Small hotel, but you were never bored. I would definitely come back here.

Overall a good experience. The beds were a bit hard for my back. The staff was amazing. The food wasn’t all that great either. Reservations at the decent restaurants were difficult to get and the buffet was not very good for the most part.
