Cancun Bay All Inclusive Hotel offers 132 air-conditioned accommodations with laptop-compatible safes and an iron/ironing board. Rooms open to balconies or patios. This resort is small with less pizzazz compared to the fancier resorts. There’s only a few restaurant options and the buffet was small, but we enjoyed the selection available. The staff are friendly and work hard to make sure your stay is a pleasant one. The grounds are clean, pool overlooks the ocean and the drinks were good.

Everyone was very friendly! The food was not good and the beds were hard and extremely uncomfortable so we didn’t sleep much. It wasn’t convenient to the shopping area or restaurants. You couldn’t order a mimosa with breakfast due to the bar not opening until 12pm at the dining hall.

Food was horrible says has 3 restaurants only one was opened buffet style they had one night you can order from menu and a steak was an extra $130 even though it’s supposed to be all inclusive. Nothing to do when it rains out. Pools close way to early 6pm and 8pm. Would not stay here again. Beware of the guys selling tickets on beach for ferry if it’s cancelled they don’t give you your money back.

I was really looking forward to enjoying my stay here, but unfortunately I got diarrhea from the food served at the hotel and was sick for a few days( about 3 days). Because of this, I couldn't enjoy the amenities, the buffet experience, and enjoy the pool. I also missed the excursions I was really looking forward to, like visiting the Chichen Itza and Valladolid, as well as exploring downtown. The staff did bring room service while I was sick, but that small effort doesn't change the fact that the food made me ill and missed the excursions. The hotel refused to take responsibility, which made the experience even worse. Overall, I left feeling dissatisfied and frustrated. Food safety should be taken more seriously, because no guest should lose days of their vacation to sickness.

Okay rooms, great service

I had a nice time! If you go there with the expectations that the property is a little older and the rooms are basic you will be satisfied. I am glad I didnt up upgrading to the ocean view because I dont think it'd be worth it. The service was really great! Very prompt and friendly. I also think the food was good and there was a nice variety.
