El STAFF del hotel SALVO las vacaciones. Si no fuera por el excelente servicio de sus empleados los cuales nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Pero la comida no tenia ni buen sabor. Ni buena presentación. En nuestro piso de 3 elevadores solo 1 funcionaba. Ninguna de las areas comunes ni elevesdores del hotel tenia aire acondicionado donde muchas personas se estaban sofocando.

they allocated rooms different type, what we booked. The front desk staff was very rude, multiple lies on the rooms. Rooms were smelly and no AC. Several times requested to fix the rooms and they did not fixed it. very bad experience.

Wasn’t terrible but theirs definitely a fee things that were an eyesore. To begin with, we had to wait an hour just to check in at the front desk. It was embarrassing to see the lobby guys only bring drinks (multiple times) while waiting to the American tourist in line. The service the employees offer at the front desk can improve much more, they will give off “i hate my job vibes”. After checking in it was a bit worse to see that my hotel room was in deteriorating shape, my bath was missing the opening door with visible holes and ugly painting. I can’t consider this resort again for my family, or recommending this to my friends.

The food was disgusting. I broke my arm at the hotel the floor was wet, no one attended me no one asked me no one cares. I had to have surgery on my arm and I had to be responsible for all the expenses, people at the hotel didn’t even ask me anything. I was admitted at the hospital for 3 days.

Drinks 5/5, Service 4/5, Food 2/5. Do yourselves a favor and deeply research before going. No pickup shuttle was inconvenient start. Look on their website to get an idea. The offered meals at included restaurants were sub par we didn’t even waste time going. We ate to survive; food was edible at best. They upgraded our room yet there was a mildew smell coming from vents, the smell stuck to my clothes. Sanitation is questionable I seen a lady grab handfuls of onions with her bare hands & put it on buffet bar. Also seen a lady scooping ice cream with her bare hands knuckles deep. Loved the spa worth the money. Nightclub bar was fun end cap. You can typically drink from 10am-2am. They restock mini fridge each day free of charge w/ sodas waters and 2 can beers. Enjoyed the adult pool. You can take a bus for 12 pesos or $1 to lively area but be aware of bus hours. They did decorate for my mom and gave bottle of champagne for her birthday and she was treated like a queen.

We enjoy our stay the beach the pool the entertainment the night life was good.. but I did not like the fact that we could not get an appointment for the restaurant the Sunday 15 was my birthday and we could not get a reservation for any of the hotel that was disappointed but over all we enjoyed

Hotel is great, breakfast is amazing, lots of activities for everyone, the night show is absolutely amazing, restaurants are great, everyone was super nice, I left my wallet, and money in our room on top of the night stand a couple of times and the person that cleaned our never stolen a thing, pool staff amazing, everyone was great, but check in was terrible, a couple of ladies at the front desk weren't very helpful, its not fair for everyone else to grade their staff rude just for a couple of employees, checking took about 3 hours writing in line!
