Absolutely terrible from the moment we walked in. Took almost an hour just to get checked in, and when we finally did we decided to go to the buffet after a long day of traveling because our room was not ready. Walk into the buffet and immediately started sweating because it was so hot. The food was sub-par at best but the wait staff was great. We finally made it up to the room only for our bracelets to not work so we had to go all the way back down to get them reset and back up to the room. We open the door and a wave of mildew and mold smell greets you on the way in, everything is soaked from condensation in the room the bed, the towels, the floor and it made the smell worse. Everything was dirty and broken. This was supposed to be an upgraded suite. Absolutely no way I was keeping my pregnant wife and daughter in that room much less the hotel. Go back downstairs and the staff is unwilling to do any accommodation for us so we asked for a refund and were unwilling to help because we booked through a third party. Literally said “we can do early check out but you won’t have a refund and no money for a new hotel”. We ended up canceling the entire week we were supposed to stay there and booked anothert resort that was beyond our expectations.

Food was horrible. Couldnt get into any of the restaurant for all inclusive. Buffet didnt have big selection. Room was cold and bed was comfortable. Floor was dirty. Halls were HOT. Poor alcohol selection for all inclusive.

The dining table chairs had mold we went to reception to inform them so they could replace them. All they did was ask us to take them out to the front of our door then the next day the same chairs were in our balcony area😵‍💫 and we took pictures the 1st day when we took a shower the whole restroom flooded the drains were clogged up so we called the next day and they sent someone to fix it then tol a whole 24 hours they sent someone to clean up the mess from unclogging it

Food was limited in options, in fact, they served refried beans and green beans with onions in it for breakfast. Our air conditioner, barely worked, the staff was in incredibly rude, we never received our towel cards and was told they were in the packet, so we were unable to get towels our entire stay. The elevators didn’t work. The specialties that I paid for like the club membership and free room service was never accurately given. The free room service part never happened at all. They wanted to charge us. The room itself was fine except for the air conditioner barely working. The bathroom was very outdated and very too star like. At the bar sometimes they make you lineup and sometimes you can just walk up there and get a drink so you never really know how you’re supposed to get a drink. You could wait there for an hour and watch 15 other people get one just depends on what they’re doing that specific part of the day. I never saw anybody breaking any of the seaweed except for one morning for about an hour and they just left it on the beach highly discourage never would go back.

The room service was a very bad experience.We were thirsty as it was a hot summer, so we had requested for water bottles 4 times repeatedly approx at 1pm,7pm,11 pm .12 mid night. Finally we went by walking to front desk, he committed for water bottles but till morning we hv not received any water.At breakfast buffer first of all we drank lots of water.Its so inhuman, behaviour of resort. They not even apologized. Even there old type shower knob was broken. The hot water was not in shower,we adjusted with lukewarm shower. The vegetarian food options were so minimum as my wife is pure vegetarian. Its really a worse experience of room service. The best part was the amazing shows. The sadest part is that they hv not expressed any apologies.

We had an overall great experience. However, there were a few inconveniences. During our stay, there was one elevator broken and one without AC. The broken elevator caused a lot of bottleneck. The elevator with no AC seemed to be a service elevator that they allowed guests to use. Additionally, you can only book the restaurants day of and we were told they began accepting reservations at noon. We were not able to book two restaurants during the beginning of our stay because they would get booked instantly. Finally one of the restaurant captains informed us the bookings actually begin at 8 AM.

My experience at Crown Paradise was deeply disappointing and not at all reflective of how this property is advertised. My family and I encountered multiple issues during our stay—ranging from uninhabitable room conditions to a complete lack of support from hotel management. When we approached the hotel staff to address the serious concerns we were facing, not once did they offer to assist, compensate, or even propose a solution. Instead, we were met with indifference. We ultimately had to check out early because the conditions were not only uncomfortable but posed legitimate safety concerns. I do not recommend this hotel, and I strongly urge others to consider different accommodations if you expect a safe, clean, and responsive environment. This property is not what it claims to be, and the lack of customer care is unacceptable.

Adult pool! Italian, steak house & French restaurants were very good. Staff were amazing! Property is well worn. Seaweed was crazy! Never went into Ocean! Couldn’t! Buffet was terrible. Kids everywhere! Standard room two fulls/beds were horrible! We finally got moved! Room was better! Humidity when we were there was absolutely horrible! Room smelled of mold/mildew. Would never have picked this place- But, we were there to attend a wedding! Skip this place!

They were painting rooms down the hall and the fumes were really strong in the hall every time we walked by to go downstairs. Other than that the stay was great. Good food & customer service.
