The resort was beautiful, and there was lots to do for adults and children. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. There were lots of different dining options and the food and most of the restaurants we tried was top-notch. The kids especially loved the buffet where there was a huge amount of choice and the quality of the food was excellent. There was no hairdryer in our room and when I inquired, I was put on a waitlist. No one ever got back to me and I never received a hairdryer for the five days that I was there which was not great. Also, the items in the store in the resort are very overpriced so make sure you don’t need to buy any sunscreen, etc. when you get there! Aftersun, that would have cost eight dollars in the US was $35 in the store! Overall, I would highly recommend this resort and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

We are a group of two couples, 4 kids and their Grand mom. The resort is overall worth the money. Kids enjoyed eating and playing around freely. Among all restaurants, the French, Mexican and the Oceana are great. 4 different pools to choose. The kids enjoy the zip line, lazy river and slides. The tippenyaki requires booking but I don’t feel any missing not to try it at all. The entertainment team did a great job on aquatic aerobics, exercises, bingo, lots of engagement and interaction. This is a really crucial part which gained more points! Having said that, more incentives from the hotel management to their staffs may be needed to ensure their work life balance, as well as well being and customer services.

The size of the hotel is pretty good. All areas are in a walking distance, no need to wait for a shuttle bus. We are comfortable to let our children go anywhere within the hotel area. About staff, they are all amazing and friendly. The pool size is not that big but it is enough for relax. They schedule the activity every hour. We really enjoy this hotel.
