The pool side is too hot, not enough shade. Just one long pool and a kids pool. Staff was very responsive to our needs. The food was very good.

Sadly a bit misleading as the golf isn’t part of the hotel and is extremely expensive. There were not many organized activities for families - and the activities they had were not very well facilitated. Food was not great. Expected more from a Hyatt associated property.
