This property seems to really cater to Spanish speaking people. The check in was ridiculously slow. We had to line up for everything. We were told we would get a room with 2 double beds and got a room with a King bed. It was nice, but they did get a twin cot to put in our room, but that was for an adult so that was silly. They offered no other way to compensate, except to check out and wait another 4 hours to see if a room with. Double beds become available. We declined. The food was okay, but it was near impossible to get into any of the “special” restaurants. No reservations just lines upon lines. Pack your patience! A lot of families so the noise level was high and the walls were thin.

Room was ok for price, check in process was bad, had to wait till 3pm and some more after that because they only had one staff member checking you in and line was very long, restaurant staff was rude all the time, i am a generous tipper but if they think you weren't gonna tip they would be rude, app reservations for restaurant wasn't working, so it was a free for all had to wait more than 3 hours to eat in a restaurant thats all included, pools are ok, the beach had no waves so it was good for kids

Rooms are deplorable old. Food is horrible. They make you pay for other restaurants, claiming they are for other level guest.Ameneties are non to zero. The huge line to eat is sad. And then to end up eating very tasteless food.
