What stood out the most was the excellent service from the employees — everyone was kind, professional, and welcoming. They made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The staff was absolutely AMAZING! Views were great, rooms were clean, food and drinks were on point! The shuttle to a different Riu for the pool party was a blast and 100% would do again! We WILL be back!!!
