Service was amazing. Wilber kept drinks coming at the pool. Saulo made sure we had a great view and full glasses for breakfast and lunch. Miguel was an awesome instructor at the pool. And Roberto was great at Black and White. Also, anything we needed in our room was immediately taken care of. Food was awesome and our view was beautiful. We will be back. This was my second visit.

Room was very clean. Room service was very nice, Room service came every-time we asked and did a wonderful job. Never saw any sort of bugs or anything like that around the property. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Staff always walking around checking in if you need a drink, more towels. We had them knock on our doors multiple times and offered to refill our mini fridge and give us new towels. Breakfast, lunch and dinner had a wide variety and the food was delicious. Lots of different restaurants, we didn’t even get to try them all. They have a 24 hour lounge you can visit anytime of the day and a coffee bar that opens at 7am. This was super nice when we woke up early or stayed out late. Never boring, always something was going on, party, music, to games and shows. Location of this place is amazing. Beach was right on the property and there was lots of shopping centers and shops on the street side. The staff was clearing up the beach as well and getting all the seaweed off the beach early in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this resort to others.

Hotel decor was stunning. The food was incredibly fresh and so nicely presented. The staff are so kind, helpful, and hardworking. The resort was always in prestige condition! I could not have asked for a better stay!

This was my second time at the Riu Las Americas. There are many things I love about this hotel. One is that it is all inclusive. Also, the food choices and presentation are exceptionally well done and beautiful. Our room was prepared for us each day with fresh towels, and welcoming beds. The rooms are extremely large and very comfortable with large bathrooms as well. Access to the beach is very close with food and drinks easily accessible also. The grounds and interior are impeccably cleaned and beautiful. Service for anything you could need is done quickly and politely with big smiles and pure friendliness. Riu is my favorite hotel and I will look for others in new locations to continue exploration of beautiful parts of the world.

We had a great stay at the Riu Palace Las Americas. Beautiful, super clean and excellent service. If you were sitting anywhere on the property, the lobby, the pool, the beach, someone will be along within a few minutes asking if you would like something to drink. The restaurants were fantastic. Good looking and comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious. We were never disappointed. We have been to five other Riu hotels and this one had the best food.
