Brought my significant other for her 32nd birthday and the hotel and staff did not disappoint! We ate at four of their six restaurants which were all amazing! I can’t see enough about their staff; they are so accommodating and hospitable. We will definitely be coming back.

Property has 4 amazing infinity pools and the beach is in back of property directly. We had an option to upgrade to Preffered suites, I would highly recommend it. Worth the money. Amazing hospitality from Sebastián and staff. Very welcoming and paradise place. Overall, we would highly recommend and we would love to come back again.

Attempted to open the in-room safe box to retrieve some cash for a tip, but it wouldn’t open. I reported the issue to the front desk, and about 15 minutes later, a technician arrived. He informed me that the safe’s battery had died and called another technician who brought a drill. It took them nearly two hours to open the safe, eventually succeeding by manually manipulating it with the drill. After that incident, I no longer felt comfortable using the safe box and had to carry all my valuables—passport, cash, credit cards—with me at all times, which added unnecessary stress to my stay. Also, I discovered a long, thin green worm moving in my food during the breakfast. It was horrible.
