O hotel é muito antigo, os quartos e os banheiros são bem velhos. As camas são bem ruins...não são boxers, para formar a cama de casal, eles juntam 2 camas de forma que fica o buraco no meio...além do buraco no próprio colchão que é de mola. Ele é tranquilo, um café da manhã muito bom, mas que poderiam variar o cardápio, pois 1 semana comendo a mesma coisa, é ruim demais.

O hotel fica em uma area de mata lindíssima, um "parque" fantástico para caminhadas. Quartos amplos, excelente cafe da manhã, além da enorme e bem aquecida piscina. Por tudo isto, sempre voltamos aqui.

O hotel é bom, mas precisa de uma limpeza mais cuidadosa (tive que arredar um criado-mudo do quarto para pegar um objeto e descobri que atrás do móvel havia sujeira acumulada de meses) e mais cuidado com a manutenção, especialmente do carpete do corretor (partes descolando) e das aberturas do quarto. A piscina é excelente e o conforto das camas e a temperatura do chuveiro são ótimos. Quanto ao serviço, apesar de todos os funcionários serem simpáticos, faltou treinamento para melhor organização do balcão de check-in/check-out e faltaram orientações iniciais sobre o uso e localização dos itens de conforto do hotel, como piscina, toalhas extras, salas de tv, restaurante, garagens, etc.

Hotel excelente. É mais antigo mas manteve o conforto e a beleza do lugar. Funcionários muito atenciosos, comida muito boa. Música ao vivo no jantar e a lareira tbm ajudaram a compor um clima romântico. Quarto e banheiro espaçosos, imensa área verde que faz com que o hotel seja bastante silencioso. Recomendo muito. E já queremos voltar.

Deixei reclamação na recepção, haviam grupos comendo e bebendo dentro da piscina ( brigadeiro, batata frita, frango, cerveja, crianças com refrigerante, tampinha de garrafa espalhadas pela água, crianças derramando refri na água, farelo de comida por tudo, formigas. Foi minha terceira e última vez pois estou muito chateada de ver que o Hotel permite esse tipo de situação dentro de um ambiente coletivo. Café da manhã estava bom, mas tivemos que pedir várias vezes pra repor os ovos mexidos. No quarto não funcionavam nem o Telefone e nem televisão, achei péssimo que neste quarto para 3 a 4 pessoas havia apenas uma tomada disponível para carregar celular e outra dentro do banheiro que não é o ambiente ideal. A única tomada disponível torna meio inviável caso a pessoa queira passar roupa nao tem onde apoiar. Sinceramente foi uma diaria desperdiçada. O mesmo grupo que fazia farofada na piscina depois andava pelo hotel 11 horas da noite fazendo barulho nos corredores e recepção sem nada acontecer. Também o ar condicionado do quarto estava fazendo um barulho insuportável, gravei um video e mostrei que passou assim desde de madrugada mas só falaram ok. Tirei outra foto com sujeira no chão colcando emojis no rosto das pessoas mas quando joga aqui no site, tira os emojis entao não tenho como postar. Se o site ou o hotel quiser me pede.
