The owner (JM) met us at the property and gave us a good tour around - showing all the points of note. He was extremely communicative prior to and at arrival. He spoke excellent English making things easier. Nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen was well equipped with all the expected gadgets - toasters, kettles, coffee makers etc. The property was located within easy walking distance of Canet plage and all the activities. Aircon was available in the top two bedrooms which was welcome during the heatwave! House was clean and well presented. Hot water was always available immediately from the taps in kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine available also. The outside area at the rear - was an excellent addition. There was a covered portion which meant that we could eat in the shade. Overall we had a very successful and enjoyable stay. Recommended.

Calm, convenient and convivial.

This house is tastefully decorated, modern, spacious and perfectly situated. It ticked every box for us...2 bathrooms, easy parking, outdoor space, calm, quiet area yet within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. Highly recommend it 👌.

Très agréable maison

Une jolie maison conforme aux photos et à la description, à moins de 10 min de marche du bord de mer, propre et bien équipée. Lits très confortables et salles de bains propres et fonctionnelles. Nos enfants ont pu profiter en autonomie de la plage et des animations estivales à Canet. Nous avons pu profiter de la plage publique avec notre toutou. Bref, tout le monde y a trouvé son compte !

Maison très agréable proche de la plage

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec nos ados : la maison est très bien équipée et située dans un quartier très calme tout en étant à 5 / 7 min à pied de la plage et du centre ville. Mention spéciale à nos hôtes qui ont fait tout ce qu'ils pouvaient pour rendre notre séjour agréable.

Prima huis op fijne locatie, dichtbij strand

Super! Fijn gemoderniseerd ruim huis! 2 slaapkamers, aparte toilet en een badkamer op de eerste verdieping. Beneden 1 slaapkamer, aparte toilet en badkamer. In de woonkamer grote fijne bank en tv/audio aansluitend de keuken met alle nodige apparatuur (waaronder nespresso koffieapparaat) Alles aanwezig en werkt goed. Ruime serre en daarna de patio/tuin en overkapping. Enige minpuntje is dat alleen boven op de 2 slaapkamers airco is. Beneden is het daardoor erg warm in de zomer.

Séjour mouvementé

Samedi 29 juin en début d après midi un violent orage s est déclenché générant des fuites d eau dans la véranda attenante à la cuisine Nous avons rapidement prendre récipient pour récupérer eau tombante du plafond et éponger l eau sur toute la surface de la véranda et suite à cela des dysfonctionnements électriques sont survenus plusieurs prises ne fonctionnent plus ainsi que le frigo lave-vaisselle plaque chauffante etc… le propriétaire a été averti ( étant à plus de 2h de route a demandé à quelqu’un sur place d intervenir pas pas disponible ) nous avons dû solliciter les voisins pour chauffer le repas du samedi soir et laver la vaisselle à la main ! On a demandé une compensation au propriétaire au téléphone il à proposé un week-end gratuit puis relancé par sms sa proposition . Mais il n a a ce jour rien confirmé . Merci un dossier de litige ( photo et vidéo sont disponibles si nécessaire

Super séjour ! En plus d'être bien située, la maison est très agréable, spacieuse et bien équipée. Tout y est pour passer un excellent moment. L'hôte est vraiment très sympathique ! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Vacances a canet en roussillon

Cette maison est tres agreable spacieuse et très bien entretenue. Elle est situee a 10 mn a pieds de la plage où se trouvent beaucoup de restaurants. Un petit marché où nous pouvons nous rendre a pieds egalement a lieu plusieurs dois par semaine. Il y a possibilité de stannionner devant la maison Nous recommandons cette jolie maison er surtout la qualité de l accueil des hotes.

Hemos pasado 5 días en Francia y la estancia no ha podido ser mejor todo nuevo y como si estuviera en casa. Sitio cerca de Le Barcares, perpinyan a pie de playa. Bien comunicado con tiendas y servicios. La casa para ir con niños estaba perfecta El anfitrión un 10 también Repetiremos seguro
