Not a relaxing stay. Staffs rang to my room at 9:00 am due to their fault of making deposits to my credit card. They also knock on my door every single day at 5 or 6 pm for asking any further housekeeping needs, which was helpful but quite disturbing at the same time if you are hanging out in the room. Plus, the called again at 11:00 am to remind you checking out at 12:00 noon. All of these made me feel uncomfortable for my stay

Nice lactation, clean, good for the value walkable to Finn’s, Atlas, a lot of compliments deals. But there is construction going on during the day, it will be noisy depends on where your room faces.

It is located centrally close to all shops, cafes, restaurants and spas Some construction work around the area which may complete in next 6 months Staff are very friendly and helpful I would recommend this hotel for relaxation. Not much tourist things to do

Disappointing

We liked the hotel but disappointed by the fact construction work was being carried out which we were only informed about after checking in. It was noisy and the area around hotel not good. Beach not pleasant and dirty - full of rubbish & traffic terrible. Although room was lovely and looked out to sea there was an estuary area which not as appealing.

We stayed 3nights. Rooms are classic Bali style. Good for Relax and chill. Free bottle of beer for each night & free afternoon tea. Stuffs are Very kind. Best stay for surfers. Easy to get the beach from Hotel. we can walk to canggu beach restaurant about 20min.

Highly recommended. Really beautiful hotel that has everything you need. There is a swimming pool in the middle of the hotel, good restaurants, bar with a nice sunset view, beach at the front of the hotel, spa with amazing massage and spacious rooms. We had a really good stay, the only downside for us was how damp the room was. There was water dripping from the ceiling and the floor was wet just from the humidity. I would still recommend the hotel.

This is our second time there. Right by the beach and such a big room . And service is wonderful! They made our anniversary with special touches! Amazing stay

Massive work in progress. Very noisy

Work in progress right next to it. Extremely noisy. Can’t rest. Very nice breakfast and staff. At check in they offered cold towel and drink to other people but not to me. Not sure why.

The hotel has an amazing pool and beautiful spacious rooms. The fitness centre is fairly limited with just a couple of pieces of equipment and a few free weights. They include a lot of extra perks like 2 free cokes each day, 2 free beers, chips, cookies, and afternoon tea which consists of a coffee or tea and a few light snacks. A daily breakfast buffet was also included. Overall the hotel is beautiful and is in a great location within walking distance to many great restaurants, cafes, etc. The only complaint was that the food in the restaurant wasn't that great compared to other places we've stayed. We tried the breakfast buffet on the first morning but the food was either cold or very bland tasting so we went out the other days because there are so many amazing breakfast/brunch spots in Canggu.
