When you book, there’s no mention that they are doing Reno’s and elevator doesn’t work. Rooms were stuffy with an odor. Games room also not open. Area behind the hotel was full of garbage.

Overall, horrible experience I had with them and I would never book with them again. Also, don't recommend them at all! However, to be fair, I would breakdown the positives & negatives of this property based on my experience: Positives: 1) An ok swimming pool ( with big nice slide) & gym 2) An ok quality breakfast buffet & very reasonable price for that (less than $10 for adults & less than $5 for kids) Negatives: 1) They never answer the phone when you call them. 2) The property is very old and looks unclean because of that 3) They sent me a message one week ahead of my stay that "Just letting you know that we have construction going on in the building", which makes it so difficult to cancel (because everywhere else is either booked or very expensive to book) !! 4) The parking spot was so tiny & tight, that other cars beside me hit their door to my car doors several times ( because there wasn't rough space between the two cars) !! 5) The property knew that we are two people and still put only one shampoo, conditioner, and Lotion instead of two of each in the bathroom!! So, I had to to go all the way to the front desk to get more of those!!

Disappointing Experience Despite Decent Breakfast

Our recent stay at this hotel was highly disappointing. The air conditioning unit functioned intermittently and produced constant, disruptive noise, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the bathroom sink was blocked and drained extremely slowly. The room itself had a persistent unpleasant odor, which made our stay uncomfortable. We also observed that many guests kept their room windows open throughout their stay, likely due to similar issues with air quality and ventilation. After making the reservation, I called the hotel to put in a request for a room with a nice view since we were celebrating a special occasion during our stay. The female concierge I spoke to over the phone after making the reservation told me that she cannot add any notes and I will be notified via an email when they will check my reservation. She was very cold and lacked customer service skills. On the bright side, the cleaning staff was amazing though, they should be the ones at the concierge desk. The only redeeming feature was the buffet breakfast, which was reasonably priced at $6.99 and offered a decent selection. However, the overall condition of the accommodations overshadowed this positive aspect. Regrettably, we will not be returning to this property.
