Staff & location was great. Next time will pay a few extra bucks for something a little nicer though.. pretty run down and grungy. Mattresses were basically just springs.

The only good thing about this inn is its location, which is close to Banff. All the other conditions are very poor and old. The shower head is broken, hair was found on the towels and bed sheets.
