Friendly staff who did what they could to help make stay as good as they could. Room is lacking - almost no storage in drawers or hangers. Does not work well for a winter weekend get away with no where to hang your jacket. Bizarre furniture that is not useful for a small hotel room.

It's the second time I've stayed here. Always pleasant. Clean room. Spacious room. Clean bathroom. Feels quite new. No frills, simple, quiet. Always enough hot water. Always enough towels. We will always return when we need a hotel in Canmore or anything near Banff and Lake Louise.

Room was clean, bed was good, staff were friendly. But I have to make some comments on the bathroom. We are senior citizens. The shower had NO hand rails or anything to hang onto and no antislip device in the tub. I almost fell on the slippery shampoo in the tub. Also NO shelving in bathroom for towels oor clean clothes.
