We spent 3 nights, the room was clean and tidy, bathroom big and clean and with all necessities (soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer). My children loved the pool and waterslide and me and my husband enjoyed the hot tub after long days hiking!!! Will definitely come back!

Upon checking in the staff were super kind and eager to help. I enjoyed the snacks and drinks in lobby and it was overall a comfortable stay. When there was an issue with our fireplace, maintenance arrived right away to fix it. Thank you.

Place was clean. Liked the room had laminate floors instead of old school carpet, but the walls were showing age and wear. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was great. Pool was fun but didn’t find the button for the hot tub jets until leaving. I don’t think anyone knew about it because we all just sat in a calm tub the whole 2 hours. Need a new and bigger sign for the button. Downtown was walkable distance (20 min away).

This is a quaint property the sits a the feet of giants. Clean well appointed rooms with gas fire place. Nice pool and hot tub, very satisfying breakfast room and the scenery is in a work magnificent!

All employees helpful when asked for places to eat. The property is super clean. Breakfast was good, there was a tour group at the property also and staff did a great job keeping up with full breakfast right at 7!! Close to Banff

The hotel definitely needed some updated compared with the hotel at Bnaff. Overall it is good enough. The hotel has the Waterslide and swimming pool is A+ . Even my teenager daughters loved it! The hot tub was nice , hot and clean. Only one thing, the coffee machine was kind of dusty and we needed to clean it before using it . The iron broad was stained . It is better to remove it! The price is good with breakfast and parking and hot tub. It is unbeatable. This hotel is super family oriented hotel. We love it! Great hotel for family vacation! Also one big thing is the WiFi did not reliable and needed to update. we stayed for two nights and called them to fix the problem , it didn’t fix . We can’t use more than 2 phones at the same time. Some people are staying at the lobby to use the WiFi.

The pool was the big selling feature for us. It was unheated for the first two days of our stay and there is a litteral dirt ring around the side of the pool. The water seemed clean enough but that really brings cleanliness into question. That said the rooms were clean and the brekfests were pretty good.

The breakfast was not so good, the variety is very limited. Yoghurt only pain, fruit was not fresh. We stayed for 2 nights, one day protein was bacon, another day was sausage, very salty. We paid about $500 per night per room, it was cheaper than stated in Banff, but not as good as I expected.

Location was good for our trip as we were on the go and very convenient to freeway access. Front desk very nice, facility very clean and looks welll run. Breakfast, included, not great but free! I would recommend this place.
