PARKING
Arrive with ease, access parking via the back alley off 10 Street, where the main parking station is located in the interior courtyard, with a few additional stalls available just off the alley. Once you have parked, Main Street is only one block away—making it easy to leave the car behind and explore Canmore’s shops, dining, and trails by foot. Need extra space? A paid parking lot is conveniently located between 9 & 10 Street, directly across from the front of Brookside Lane.

LIVING
Step into the station lounge of your mountain escape—where comfort and connection are always on schedule. Gather around the warm glow of the gas fireplace after a day on the slopes, or settle in to binge watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV with streaming capabilities ready to roll. KITCHEN & DINING
Next stop: the heart of the home. This open-concept kitchen and dining space is your gathering station, where mountain mornings begin and unforgettable evenings arrive. Fully equipped for everything from quick trail-side breakfasts to family dinners, the gourmet kitchen blends style and function with everything at your fingertips. With comfortable seating for six, the dining table is the perfect platform for sharing stories, family board games, laughter, and planning your next alpine adventure together.

SLEEPING
Pull into comfort and let your mountain dreams arrive in style. Stretch out on the luxurious king bed or settle into the cozy double (equipped with trundle bed pull-out) , where restful nights and slow alpine mornings await. Unwind with your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV before drifting off beneath soft linens, plush duvets, and plenty of pillows. For extra passengers (guests), the living room offers a comfortable queen sofa bed—ensuring every guest enjoys a first-class night’s sleep and wakes refreshed for the next adventure.

BATHROOM
Refresh and rejuvenate in one of two full bathrooms designed for comfort and calm. One features a classic four-piece layout with a soothing tub and shower combination—perfect for a long soak after a day on the trails. The private three-piece ensuite offers a sleek walk-in glass shower, ideal for rinsing off and easing into mountain serenity. Fluffy towels and premium toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, ensure every guest enjoys a spa-like experience.

LAUNDRY
Keep your journey running smoothly with the convenience of in-suite laundry right on board. A quality full-size washer and dryer are thoughtfully located within the suite, making it easy to refresh your wardrobe after days on the trails or during longer mountain stays. Complimentary laundry detergent is provided, so you can pack light, stay comfortable, and keep your adventure on track from arrival to departure.

HOT TUB (on site shared with other guests)
Unwind in the rooftop hot tub beneath a blanket of stars, surrounded by snow-capped mountain peaks and crisp alpine air. Swap stories with fellow traveller`s about the day’s ski runs, hidden powder stashes, scenic hiking trails, and unforgettable mountain adventures while soaking in one of the most breathtaking views in the Rockies.

** NOTE** WEEKLY HOT TUB MAINTENANCE
Scheduled every Tuesday between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. If a statutory holiday falls on the Monday before the scheduled maintenance, service will be rescheduled to Wednesday of that week between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

The ROAM Transit main hub is conveniently located directly across the street, offering easy access throughout Banff National Park. In the winter months, you’ll also find a charming outdoor skating pond just behind the complex, skate rentals are available nearby if you don’t have your own.

*Please notify us if something breaks or stops working.

CANCELLATION POLICY - MODERATE
*95% refund for cancellations up to 7 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
* Original Transaction Processing Fees: Stripe`s processing fees from the original transaction will not be returned. These fees are non-refundable.
* Refund Issuance Fees: There will be an additional charge of 2% + $0.30 for issuing refunds, as per Stripe`s refund policy.
* Hostaway Application Fee: Hostaway imposes a 1% fee of the total reservation cost for processing cancellations.
