"Gutes Hotel, großes Zimmer, sehr guter Service. Parfüm, Handcreme und Minibar waren kostenlos. Bei Ankunft bekamen wir 15 Minuten kostenlose Nackenmassage, Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkservice für 45 Euro pro Tag. Im Bad fehlte leider ein Vergrösserungsspiegel und Ablagefläche."

"Das Hotel ist sehr professionell. Auf Unzufriedenheit wurde schnell reagiert. Ich finde generell die Standardzimmer sehr klein. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch nicht auf dem Niveau eines 4 Sterne Hotels. Wie bereits erwähnt wurde darauf schnell reagiert. Die lage ist sehr gut. Der recht hohe Parkgebühr in Höhe von 40€ ist auch zu kritisieren!"

Only good for location

"Somehow I was misled by the shiny pictures and found myself in this outdated hotel that is neither modern nor Waïkiki like. The carpet floor feels too old, the ceiling feels lime you’re in an office and the bathroom isn’t even a proper room. It took me two days to find the extension socket underneath the bed. Without it there was only one accessible socket in the room, which was the one used by the TV. It was incredible annoying navigating the tiny room and bathroom. The line scaled shower panel needs an instruction manual with the amount of defunct buttons it had. The location is amazing, the bed and pillows are comfortable enough but I wouldn’t survive another trip there. It’s missing basic stuff like a kettle, a full body mirror, normal hangers… the walls are paper thin and the room doors are too close to one another. It felt and sounded like the drunk guy next door tried to come into my room. I wouldn’t recommend this if you’re there for business."
