DĆ©coration charmante de la petite tente, bonne communication rĆ©active des hĆ“tes par E-mail et whatsApp, sauf quā€™ils nā€™ont pas prĆ©cisĆ© quā€™il y avait des lampes solaires et oĆ¹ les trouver. Camp dans un canyon prĆØs de la route, trĆØs bruyant + gĆ©nĆ©rateur des trailers voisins en permanence de 7h du matin Ć  10h du soir. Minuscules Douches et toilettes propres, dans des baraquements en tĆ“le. NuitĆ©e chĆØre pour des camps sans Ć©lectricitĆ© ni eau courante, sans linge de toilette, Jā€™ai eu beaucoup mieux dans ce genre dā€™hĆ©bergement pour un prix moins cher!

Disappointing Stay

The concept of glamping here is great, but our experience had several issues that made the stay less enjoyable. The tentā€™s zipper was in poor condition and made loud, frequent noises throughout the nightā€”it often sounded like someone was unzipping the tent, which made it hard to get a restful sleep. While I understand glamping isnā€™t meant to be pristine, the bathrooms were not very clean and had a persistent odor. Water pressure in the showers was extremely lowā€”just a trickleā€”and pretty much stopped altogether if the second shower was being used. Before our arrival, we received a message informing us that no host would be on-site during our stay. This was surprising given that the campsite appeared to be fully booked. With limited cell service in the area, there was no reliable way to ask questions or address any issues that came up, which added to the frustration. To make matters worse, other guests did not follow quiet hours, and we had headlamps flashing into our tent late into the night, waking our kids multiple times. The lack of staff oversight meant there was no one to help manage these disruptions. With better maintenance, a stronger presence from staff (or at least a way to communicate reliably), and some enforcement of quiet hours, this could be a much more enjoyable experience. I wouldnā€™t recommend it for families.

The hosts were like family to our grandkids and us, and we will be in touch with them in the future! The facilities were very clean and nice for being yurts. We had a nice and fun experience. Weā€™ll return in the future and stay with them. They are very close to Bryce Canyon National Park and there are other spectacular hoking and scenic locations incurring Escalante Grand Staircase nearby, too!

We had a wonderful experience. The beds were warm and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and accessible, the service was impeccable. We were able to stargaze at leisure. Definitely we would do it again.

Such a cute place! We booked last minute with zero issues! Easy to find and tents were well marked with easy pathways to see where we were going. Bathrooms were clean. The view of the stars were amazing! The bed was by far the most comfortable we had during our 10 day trip with all other stays being in hotels. I was concerned about the weather getting in the low 50s but the blankets that were provided were not only comfortable but warm!

Fantastic Experience with Great Staff

Fantastic experience. Setting was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The teenagers loved the tent and the campground area. Their only complaint was the lack of cell service. We expected that considering the area. Bathrooms were very clean. My daughter left her headphones and the notified us within 20 minutes of leaving so we were able to go back for them even though they offered to ship them if we had left the area.

The property is fine. The bathrooms were not consistently clean. Some of the shower chains were broken. The tents were fine. We had just stayed at a comparable which was more service oriented so we didnā€™t love it but somebody who just needs a quick place to camp could manage here just fine.

Good concept, poor execution. We wonā€™t stay here again and will make sure to let our friends know. The ā€œhostā€is located in some country in Asia but uses a Utah number. 1. We were assigned two tents that were not ready. We drove back to the town for cell reception and were told that they had had issues with those two tents. Since the cell reception still wasnā€™t good, we asked a super helpful clerk at the town hotel to borrow her phone. 2. The ā€œhostā€ texted that they would have their onsite person check on and clean our tents, then told us they would move us from one tent to another. Note that we had to use a different number because of cell service. Wander camping used this as a reason for the situation that came up next. 3. We were there one night, the next morning we left for some hikes and when we came back in the afternoon the tent the ā€œhostā€ moved us to was cleaned out and our belongings nowhere to be found. Apparently, no one at the 801-200-3918 told anyone else that theyā€™d moved us there. Again with the poor cell reception, I managed to connect in the middle of the driveway in the middle of the Utah summer heat and the ā€œhostā€ told me they didnā€™t know anyone was staying in that tent and heā€™d call his onsite person to check and was told our stuff was at ā€œreceptionā€ (see picture attached for ā€œreceptionā€). The guy at ā€œreceptionā€ was helpful and said they cleaned out because no one was there and that our luggage was in the locked container nearby. ā€œHostā€ moved us again!

Rough camping with no power of amenities

Not glamping, straight up camping with no amenities.....no power, dirty porta potties, rough trails and parking can be far from tent leaving a long way to haul luggage, property appears to have been thrown together on a whim without much thought, very few picnic tables anf unlevel ground....the beds were comfortable but overall the property was extremely lacking!! Even the road in needs maintenance

I've always wanted to stay in a safari tent, and this did not disappoint. The tent was awesome. The beds, pillows, and linens were very comfortable. It was warm enough in late June. The bathroom complex was good enough. Running water in the sinks, eco flush toilets, and showers that run either cold or hot depending on how long you choose to pull the chain. No electricity in the tents. Our solar lantern did not work the first night we were there, but we were able to get a replacement that did work the second night by texting the company. That was the only downside for me. I did have a headlamp that I had thrown in my bag at the last minute, so the first night was OK anyways. I also had a power bank with a solar panel that I had brought along to charge my phone and cameras during the stay at the property, so that worked out fine. Very close to Bryce Canyon and the town of Tropic where we enjoyed breakfast at the Rustler's Restaurant. Beautiful skies for stargazing at night, and the view of the surrounding mountains at sunrise and sunset is stunning. I would stay here again as is, but would also recommend the property continue to upgrade. Check out the Wildflower Zion resort in Virgin, UT. Apparently they started with just tents in 2020, and now have expanded significantly with even a pool and snackbar/coffee shop by 2025. But even if this place chooses to stay smaller and more rustic, it is still a good place to stay.

Hate being in this property. No basic amenities at all such as AC/heater, charging points, lights, dustbins, towels. Bathroom experience was horribleā€¦ need to hold chain to keep water coming which also stops after 5 seconds and water was extremely hotā€¦ thereā€™s no way to access to normal/cold water. Never ever stay here.
