Charming cottage in the lovely village of Elham.

Our home provides cosy two bedroom accommodation, with a traditional cottage feel; it is a place where you can relax and put your feet up - just as we like it (as do our former guests).There is a lovely sunny garden and a recently built contemporary garden room/office and patio; a lovely place to chill out or work in both summer and winter, with great views out over fields at the rear and the village and church spire to the front. The garden room has WiFi and a radio/CD with Bluetooth for your entertainment. It has a small area to make refreshments with fridge, microwave, coffee and tea making facilities.

The kitchen is small but well equipped if you are keen on cooking . The bathroom/WC is off the kitchen.

There is also a conservatory with views up the gently sloping rear garden.

Please be aware that there is a small pond if you have young children.
