Pros: Very cost effective and supplies all your needs for the duration of your stay - no hidden extras!
Cons: I would say the only thing needed is a decor update, but that didnt effect my stay or satisfaction.
Location: Location is good South End and other areas really arent far away at all. Theres plenty of information on places to visit available.
I stayed for one night while attending an event held in Hockley. The Hotel is just 20 mins away and has its own parking area to the rear although accessing is via a narrow side entrance and requires due care and attention. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The facilites are good and staff are always happy to help. Breakfast being included in the price of your stay means that you save much more compared to the typical comercial corperate hotels in the area. All in all a lovely time and will always consider staying here when ever in the area.

Nice b&b

John and Julie both introduced themselves and showed me around, hotel needs updating by very comfortable, breakfast was good

Das Zimmer sah gar nicht wie im Foto aus. Alles voller Spinnennetz und nicht gewaschene Teller im Schrank. Das Bett war bequem aber es lag viele Haaren auf dem Bett. Enttäuscht!
