I stayed at that hotel 3 times. The airport pick up was included. One time I waited one hour and half in the unsafe Cap Haitien airport, second time I waited ten minutes and took a taxi. When I talked to the owner he basically said- if you do not like my hotel and services, go somewhere else.

The owner doesn’t seem friendly at all, but we did enjoy our stay at the resort. It has a beautiful ocean view. We will recommend this resort because of the staff and the location.
