Genießen Sie den Aufenthalt im Herzen der Toskana bei COCCINELLE FARMHOUSE, nur eine kurze Autofahrt von Lucca entfernt - nur 8 km oder 15 Minuten mit dem Auto - um die üppige Grünfläche der Toskana zu erleben und gleichzeitig sehr nah am Stadtzentrum von Lucca (und anderen bedeutenden toskanischen Stätten) zu sein!

Das Tor in der antiken Steinmauer, die das kleine Anwesen umschließt, führt Sie zu diesem Zweizimmer-Bauernhaus, eingebettet in einen Hügel mit atemberaubenden Ausblicken auf die Umgebung von Lucca. Die Innenräume des Hauses verbinden malerischen traditionellen Stil mit eleganteren zeitgenössischen Linien.



Ein 10 Meter Pool ist der Mittelpunkt der Außenbereiche der Villa, eingebettet in Olivenhaine. Verbringen Sie einen Nachmittag auf einer Sonnenliege am Pool und genießen Sie ein Abendessen im Freien an der Tischgarnitur dort oder außerhalb der Küche. Zur Bequemlichkeit gibt es WLAN-Zugang: sehr schnell und extrem zuverlässig, bereitgestellt vom nationalen Telefonanbieter.



Coccinelles Innenräume verbinden frische weiße Wände und Einrichtungsgegenstände mit originalen Steinwänden, Balkendecken und Farbakzenten durch Kissen und Blumen.



IM ERDGESCHOSS ist der Mittelpunkt des Wohnzimmers der große Kamin (nicht nutzbar) und das riesige Fenster mit Blick auf die Olivenhaine, einst Eingang für Pferde, während die großen Fenster des Esszimmers zum Garten und Pool geöffnet sind. Die Villa befindet sich in Gehdistanz von einem typischen berühmten Lebensmittelgeschäft, das lokal geerntetes Obst und Gemüse, lokale Käsesorten und Salami sowie alle Arten von Artikeln wie in einem kleinen Supermarkt verkauft.



Die Villa ist weniger als 1 km von anderen Geschäften, Bank, Restaurants, Pizzerien, Eiscafé, Bar und Postamt in den Dörfern SAN LEONARDO IN TREPONZIO und PIEVE DI COMPITO entfernt und nur 7 km vom Stadtzentrum von Lucca. Machen Sie einen Tagesausflug an die Strände von Viareggio, etwa 25 Minuten entfernt, oder nach Florenz in 50 Minuten Fahrtzeit oder nach PISA in nur 30 Minuten. Great base to explore a beautiful part of Tuscany

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It is a great place to come home to after a busy day of visiting Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Monte Carlo just to mention a few. The owners, who live next door, are very friendly and welcoming.

Great location for exploring Tuscany

We met Stefano who owns the villa and Filippo who manages the villa on arrival. They were both so welcoming and even had toys for our kids to play with. The villa is gorgeous and very clean, warm with everything you need. We explored all of Tuscany and this villa was the perfect location to be based out of. We hope to make this a regular trip and will definitely return to Stefanos villa again

The villa is historic and beautiful. The location is fantastic, the staff and owner gracious and helpful, cannot do enough for your comfort and enjoyment. A perfect location. Near Florence and Cinque Terre as well as the Ligurian Sea and beaches. An easy drive to the historic mountain townsto wonderful Chianti country. It is even easy to make a run for Rome for a few days. Maybe the best was sitting byin the pool reading a good book and enjoying a glass of delicious red and the Tuscan sun in complete solitude on the big hill overlooking Lucca

Beautiful, quiet and tranquil a dream location

We stayed here with our little boy of 5 and his grandparents, the pool was definitely a great place for the whole family to gather and cool down in the heat. The owner lives next door and he was really friendly and helpful if we need him for anything. We had comlplete privacy all day everyday it was brilliant. The quiet location was great. The house was immaculate, beautiful linen in the bedrooms and crockery all lovely. We got used to the times in which the mosquitoes were around and avoided those times outside. Lots of places very accessible by car, Lucca, Pisa, Collodi. Hotter than usual for this time of year but not uncomfortable, we kept the house cool during the day keeping the shutters closed. We would definitely return to the beautiful farmhouse

My husband and I spotted the advert and Coccinelle Farmhouse looked delightful. We made enquiries and Sonia replied quickly with exactly the details we needed. As our travelling arrangements were a bit complicated she was very helpful, always giving us contact numbers and making everything run smoothly. When we arrived the property was even more attractive than we expected, and both Sonia and Cristina knew just how much to chat with us and give us space and privacy. It was fascinating to discover about the wine and Olive Oil that they produce, and it is well worth trying (shame we did not have room to take much more home!). Very helpful, friendly and efficient. We enjoyed so much that we decided to spend another week into another of their properties. A pleasure to be their guests.

Superb views!

Sonia's house is lovely. It is set high on the hill with beautiful views. Cristina met us in Lucca at the highway exit and leaded us there. There is a 10 mins drive from Lucca town to the house. The town of Florence is not far away and we stopped there for lunch before checking in. We had a fully equipped kitchen and charming sitting area (with wi-fi). Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Our bedroom was very comfortable. The bed was good quality, the linen and bathroom clean. Also the views are superb! We were well taken care of by Cristina and Stefano who made us feel very welcome and gave us directions and advice about the area. It is conveniently located and we did separate day trips to Lucca, Pistoia, Cinque Terra and Sienna.

Charming homey farmhouse in an excellent location

We spent a week here at the beginning of December. The bedrooms are cosy and nice and each one has windows with lovely views of the countryside. The walls outside our room was covered in rosemary and jasmine which must smell amazing in the summer. The farmhouse also has a large, well-equipped kitchen-diner and a comfortable sitting / dining room with a charming fireplace that adds a charming homey feeling. It really is just 10 minutes away from Lucca town, yet surrounded by beautiful gardens. Nearby shops stock everything you'll need, and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. Several bus services pass within a couple of minutes' walk, and we found the buses to be regular and reliable. The owner has left notes around the house to help you deal with plumbing, electricity etc. We followed the instructions and had no problems. I am glad we met Mrs Sonia and we will definitely be renting again from her for your trip next winter.

GREAT FOR DAILY TRIPS. GREAT OUTDOORS AND POOL

We returned from the farmhouse 2 days ago and had a great time. Sonia was very helpful as well as Cristina. The house was spotless and had everything you could possibly need as well as a nice welcome pack which was very helpful as we arrived late on a Saturday night! We had plenty of space for the 4 adults and 2 children and the complex was very safe for the kids. The villa is situated in a very central location and is in walking distance to everything you need and there is a large supermarket not far from the house. the TV was great as the kids could watch programs and there were lots of antique and new books to choose from. The pool was clean and in a charming setting, also not deep which is great for kids - the travel cot and highchair were also a god send!! We had great barbeques aImost every night and we always had dinner on the beautiful garden facing the pool and the hills all around. Mr Stefano, the owner that lives in the estate was helpful and provided many suggestion on places to visit and even brought us some of his home grown tomatoes! The villa itself and the setting and the garden are IMPRESSIVE, so beautiful. I really enjoyed and would love to go again. Thanks Sonia for all your help :)

In short, it's just what you want a tuscan villa in a 17st century Tuscan hillside hamlet to look like. The pictures on here do not do this place justice. Having a car is great so you can explore all the famous hill towns as well as Lucca town centre and its wine country, all of which are easy day trips. Lucca town centre is at less than 15 mins drive! We espe-cially enjoyed Lucca and Montecarlo. The nearby village is nice to see and provides you with an excellent supermarket and amazing little groceris and easy access to roads leading everywhere. Sonia is on the premises every day to guide you around the area, providing very helpful information on parking, tours, restaurants, etc. She totally understands customer service and obviously enjoys being the co-proprietor of this lovely place. She might even give you a whiff of his own homegrown and heavenly olive oil. On the sad day when we left the villa, I promised Sonia I would write him a glowing review and recommend it to everyone. And indeed I do! Thank you Sonia for a memorable week in Tuscany!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern ist sehr angenehm an heißen Tagen. Der großzügige Garten mit Pool ist ein Traum! Es ist ruhig gelegen, allerdings gibt es auch keine Restaurants oder Lebensmittelgeschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Stefano ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass uns jeden Tag 2 sehr zutrauliche Katzen besucht haben.

Wundervoller Urlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Stefanos Haus. Er wohnt direkt nebenan und war immer sehr hilfsbereit! Die Außenanlage mit Pool war super, im Haus gab es alles was man braucht und die Klimaanlage war sehr hilfreich bei den warmen Temperaturen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele gute Restaurants sind im Umkreis schnell zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter und danken dir, Stefano für die schöne Zeit!

Schönes Rustico in traumhafter Lage

Perfekt für Familie mit zwei Kindern. Pool und Gartendusche mit Warmwasser sind ein Traum! Die kühlen Nächte im Juni machen die Klimaanlage unnötig. Nachts hört man nur die Turmglocken in der Ferne und wird morgens von den Vögeln sanft geweckt. Was will man mehr?

Tolles kleines Haus in dörflicher Lage

Wir sind mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort gewesen. Für das Haus die optimale Belegungszahl. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem der liebevoll angelegte Garten mit dem Pool, den Sitzgelegenheiten und der Grillecke. Der Blick in die Landschaft ist schön. Ein kleiner Minimarket ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, ein größerer in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto und nach Lucca fährt man ca. 20 Min.. In einem Gartenhaus findet man allerlei Nützliches zum Spielen und Dinge für den Pool, z.B. Luftmatratzen. Hervorheben möchte ich den Eigentümer: Stefano. Er wohnt nebenan und ist eine Seele von Mensch. Man kann ihn alles fragen, er nimmt sich Zeit und bleibt immer höflich zurückhaltend. Kann ich das Haus empfehlen? Ja, kann ich und ich wünsche jedem viel Spaß, der dort seine Zeit verbringt.

Schöne Ferien

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Das Haus ist sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Begrüßung von Christina und Stefano war gut. Garten und Pool sind gepflegt. die Lage ist außerhalb an einer recht befahrenen Landstraße. Zu berücksichtigen bei der Buchung sind die Extrakosten wie Endreinigung von 80 Euro sowie die Nebenkosten für Strom.

The house was beautiful

The house was beautiful and had all the amenities you would need for a week stay. Stefan was very helpful and welcoming and was on hand when needed. It would be useful to rent a car, as the house is further out of Lucca although there is a bus stop (5 mins walk away) with a direct route so we never had an issue. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would recommend to anyone!

If you're looking for a great get away place this would be the place for you.

There is a shop not far away if you go by car and a few nice places to eat, would definitely recommend La Cantina di Alfredo. The house was clean and cozy. If it would have been a bit warmer the pool would have been great to swim in, but waking up with a cup of coffee next to the pool was also a great way to start your day. Looking forward to coming back someday!

Very beautiful house for relaxed vacation

The house is located in a beautiful tuscan surrounding, with many trees, calm but not too far away from the next food store. It has a really neat look and feel and is perfect for four people and very (very) clean. The owner's cat sometimes says hello, especially if food is involved. The pool site is surrounded by plants, which is perfect, if you are looking for a place to chill and relax. Thanks for a really pleasant stay. A second umbrella at the pool would be perfect. Also, if people want to spend more time at the table outside during the day, a pavillion might be useful. But this is just a suggestion to make it even better.

That was an amazing stay. Its a Wonderfull and very clean house. we will definitely come back. you are super close to Pisa (30min) and Florence (1h). The owner is very helpful with everything. Great service thank you very much

Great base to explore a beautiful part of Tuscany

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It is a great place to come home to after a busy day of visiting Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Monte Carlo just to mention a few. The owners, who live next door, are very friendly and welcoming.
