Welcome to this beautiful villa with private pool located very close to Font de Sa Cala, where 7 guests will find their second home.
The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. On the spacious main terrace you will find a private salt swimming pool, with dimensions of 7 x 3.5 m and a constant depth of 1.5 m, which will be perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. All around you will find sun loungers to relax on while sunbathing, a barbecue, several terraces and a furnished porch where you will surely enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. Please note that, due to the location of the accommodation, there are neighbours nearby.
The spacious and bright interior of the two-storey flat is tastefully decorated and designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor you will find the living-dining room, which has a TV with satellite channels and a separate kitchen equipped with induction hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with shower. When it is time to rest, there are 4 bedrooms. One of them is on the ground floor and has a sofa bed and fan. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are 3 more bedrooms, all of them with double bed, fan and en-suite bathroom, one with bathtub and the rest with shower. In addition, one of them also has access to a fantastic terrace from where you can contemplate the views of the nearby mountains. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
This accommodation is located in a very quiet and residential neighbourhood surrounded by green areas and open spaces. It is very close to Font de Sa Cala, a town very close to white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters such as Cala Provençal or Caló de n'Aladern. This location has a good selection of restaurants and bars, where you can taste the local gastronomy and relax in a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. You can also visit nearby places of tourist interest, such as the castle of Capdepera, the lighthouse of Cala Ratjada or the fishing port of Cala Ratjada. On the other hand, it is the perfect place for water sports such as diving, windsurfing or paddle surfing, thanks to the excellent conditions offered by the beach to practice them. Furthermore, you can also go on boat trips along the coast and enjoy the panoramic views of the area. In short, this is the ideal place for those looking to enjoy a holiday in a peaceful and natural environment, with a good selection of activities and nearby sights.
