This townhouse almost seems to have stepped out of an architecture magazine and offers a relaxed atmosphere, a Mediterranean character and its own pool. And even though you're right in the centre of Capdepera? Can Binitu makes it possible! The incredible terrace with numerous sun loungers and chairs made of high-quality materials makes up for the lack of garden. Your dreams of an island holiday can come true here, as the unique views of the sea and the surrounding lush hills ensure that everyday life is quickly forgotten and you can throw yourself into your holiday. Do you know what else you should get involved with? The fantastic pool, which is located at the highest point of the house and almost looks like an infinity pool thanks to its glass surround. Jump in and enjoy the cool water. After swimming, an equally refreshing outdoor shower awaits you so you can wash off the salt. The mobile charcoal barbecue is also waiting to be supplied with fresh delicacies - let the barbecue evening begin!
