Was a nice hotel but under construction. The construction crew were loud. I also had difficulty with the room temperature. It got up to 99° and it took several hours to get it manageable. Loved the shuttle and was easy to use to the cruise and back. I booked two rooms and they did not place us together. That would have been nice if they would have kept us together.

Staff service was off. When we checked in it felt like Will the staff at the desk didn’t want us there or even himself there. Then for breakfast we waited and waited then just sat ourselves as no one attended us but multiple staff walked by. Then they heckled us once in that we came in without being seated. During our breakfast it was clear the host keep leaving her station for long periods of time and idk why. Server staff was nice. Room and pool were nice.

Staff was wonderful! Breakfast (although not included) was delicious! We were able to park our vehicle at the Resort and shuttle to the terminal for our cruise at a cheaper rate than the port was charging. Took one star off because we had no bath towels in our room upon arrival and it took an hour for someone to bring any. Overall wonderful stay!

Poor layout. Dragged our bags to building 2 to get an elevator to second floor. Then had to pull luggage to building 1 because it had no elevator. Our room overlooked the pool, when we first entered the room we thought that would be really nice. It wasn’t. At about 4 PM the DJ kicked in turned up the volume and it didn’t stop until 10 PM. The DJ volume at the pole outside of our room was so loud we couldn’t even hear our TV without turning the volume way up. And if that wasn’t bad enough every time the air conditioning cycled on once again the air-conditioning fan was so loud that we could not hear our TV. In addition to these issues when we checked into the room there were two wine glasses half full sitting on the balcony floor. These two glasses remained on the floor until we checked down. Breakfast was about $20 a person, we skipped that walk directly across the street and enjoyed egg McMuffins at McDonald’s for a total bill of about nine dollars with coffee. In the morning to get to our cruise ship we decided to buy the six dollar vouchers for the hotels shuttle. We waited a long time for the shuttle which was a little later than advertise. I looked at Uber and Uber was the exact same price as it cost for two shuttle tickets. I would definitely Uber the next time. Then again there won’t be a next time because I will not be staying here again.

Good location if cruising - chose this hotel mainly for this purpose and also a good deal price wise. We understand they have ongoing works in the property but some of the common areas need improving in cleanliness. Also, we stayed for 2 nights and our room was not cleaned on the second day. I do understand if this was hotel policy but we were not told this upon check in. We had requested a shuttle service to the port and this was well organised and good value.
