We absolutely loved every minute of our stay at Coastal Therapy in Cape Coral! The house was perfect in every way from being clean, well stocked , very dog friendly ( loved the fenced in yard) , game room, pool and lanai 
 I could go on and on. Jason was also very responsive , and went out of his way to make our month long stay our home away from home. The neighbors are friendly and we loved walking and seeing all the little burrowing owls! Fishing off the dock , kayaking in canal and driving to local beaches were favorite activities also. Drinking my coffee every morning seeing the beautiful sunrise was the perfect way to start the day . We definitely highly recommend, and hope to return for another extended stay!

Beautiful property with all the amenities. Billiards, shuffle board, kayaking, fishing, fire pit, propane grill, etc. The place was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. Jason was very friendly and responsive. Definitely a property we will return to!!

We love Coastal Therapy! No words will do it justice! Perfect, peaceful, beautuful, serene, & esthetically pleasing home! Second time staying here and we never stay at the same place more than once, so that says it all.

Great overall property to make summer memories. Great sunsets with comfortable outside area. Plenty of room to spread out inside and enjoyed the pool table area. All switches were marked which helped. A few minuses would be the grill was not clean, the beds were not comfortable and teenage kids said bunk beds were too small. Also there was an issue with knats in the pool several days including at arrival. Host was responsive in getting this addressed at arrival but did not see pool cleaning people come the rest of our stay.

Perfect!

Our week in Cape Coral was wonderful! The house was a relaxing oasis with a comfortable home, gorgeous views and a refreshing pool. Perfect spot for a family with dogs. Other reviews mention the main road as an issue but this didn’t bother my family at all. When you’re inside the home you hear very little noise and even out by the pool what you hear is minimal. My only concern was with my dogs possibly darting out the front door but that never happened. I hope to get an opportunity to return!

Will definitely come bck

We enjoyed everything about the home except it was right off a main road which was busy, but it was very clean and we could get to pretty much anywhere we needed to go to easily. We would definitely stay there again maybe when it’s warmer so we could actually use the beautiful pool and hang out on the beach. Also The Host was nice and he always responded quickly.

Fantastic property with great host

Property is in fantastic condition with plenty to do for all. The pool table and shuffleboard were great to play on an evening and the villa just had everything you would ever need! Bedrooms, the beds themselves and the bathrooms all very clean and again, everything you would need included. Overall the villa is definitely worth the full 5 star rating, but the location only a 4. It's certainly very easy to navigate to and close to all the essentials (including a nice Walmart and Publix). It is close to a highway though and you can hear the traffic...you soon get used to it and didn't spoil our few days at all. Jason also mentioned this initially when we asked about it so we knew what to expect. Thanks Jason for a great few days and keep up the good work with the villa!

Another great stay at Coastal Therapy

Enjoyed another relaxing week with my family at this exceptional property! House is set up with everything you need and is close to grocery stores. Pool was great! Enjoyed the coffee bar each morning while watching the beautiful sunrises! Loved the canal view. Game room is a nice extra. Jason was very responsive. He is an excellent host.

The perfect Florida get away!

We loved this property! It was the perfect Florida getaway. It was centrally located to everything in Cape Coral. We were 10 minutes from everything (including Ft. Meyers). The home itself is absolutely beautiful and the owner has put so much time and detail into the decor. There is plenty of room for a large family, but we also enjoyed it being just the two of us. There is a nice dock area with a fire pit, a really nice pool and patio, a TV in every room, and an amazing kitchen! The owner was very communicative and nice. Highly recommend!

Pictures perfect

The house inside looked exactly like the pictures. The backyard view was beautiful until the City maintenance dumped some mess into the canal. The proximity to a very busy road and the new home construction next door were not mentioned. I had issues with hot water and thermostat for heat which were quickly looked after. I accidentally left my passport in the house when we were leaving. and the owner did a wonderful job of getting it to me quickly.

Fabulous Family Getaway

Wow! What a great property. My family stayed for Thanksgiving week and loved it. We used the pool table, the swimming pool, the kayaks and the kitchen. Everything you need is provided and the decor is cute and comfortable. We had no issues at all and would highly recommend this home for a stay in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area.

Property was exceptional! Loved the enclosed pool area, game room, coffee/tea bar, full size laundry, patio and fire pit, rain-head shower, large well-equipped kitchen, large dining table facing the pool, sliding glass patio doors overlooking pool, large TVs, and plenty of extras provided by the host. Host was exceptional
probably the best host I’ve ever experienced! Perfect place for a wonderful vacation. Will definitely rent again when we visit Cape Coral.

Best VRBO and Host in history!’

We could not have asked for more. Jason was top notch on communication. Was helpful from start to finish going above and beyond. The house is AMAZING! Location is beautiful and pretty easy to navigate the area around. We swam our hearts out and loved having the game room. Beds were super comfortable and the layout of the house was fantastic. We fished from the dock and caught several catfish. Kitchen was well stocked and had all the gadgets you need to prep a meal at home. We certainly hope to come back. I would highly recommend this home and host to ANYONE!

Excellent communication and a fun house

Jason, the owner was so good at answering any and all questions very quickly. I told my husband I was pretty sure I could message him at 3:17am and receive a response by 3:18am (no I didn’t try. lol) Great house, issues were handled promptly and would absolutely stay again. The only knock is it is right by a very busy road so if you’re looking for peace when outside, this might be a bit loud. Inside you hear nothing. Thanks Jason for a great week.
