The sweet life

This is not the first time I have done such a thing staying at someone’s house and before you get there you wonder how accurate the photos and descriptions really are. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and the first thing we did was try and figure out whose bed was whose which was hard because all 3 bedrooms were amazing with two rooms leading out to the patio with the pool. Granite countertops with Samsung smart appliances? Yes indeed. Little notes on certain furniture to give you a little info about either the item or what’s inside like the family generation pool table that is still in great condition. The pool that’s about 4FT around the steps and 6FT in the middle. Fans in every room to help circulate the air or just to keep you cool. This place makes you never want to leave but unfortunately all good things must come to an end.

Warm get away

We brought our parents to have a quick getaway to enjoy some warm weather. The house was clean and comfortable. The Lani was beautiful with lots of seating. Pool was well maintained. Hot tub was small, so we had to take turns. Loved all the little notes around the house. Totally felt like we were invited into a family’s home. I feel the only downside for me was that more shopping centres were not close by. Other then that it was all that we needed.

Home away from home

All the conviences of home. Kitchen fully stocked with appliances. Pool was nice size & heated .Outside seating was abundant. Enough TVs to entertain all. Nice to have 3 bathrooms. Game room was fun. Lori the property manager was very attentive to our needs. Hosts really made it feel like we were visiting family. Would reserve again. Shopping,restaurants and attractions all within 5-10 minute drive.

A pleasant stay

We had great weather and spent most of our time outside. It was very comfortable. Shopping and restaurants were close by. The lanai and pool area are very nice. The owners have provided everything one would need for their stay. With a couple of minor exceptions the property was exceptionally clean. My one disappointment was not getting a callback from the property manager, when I left a message regarding some things I felt they should know about. I still gave Roelens four stars for communications, because they were very prompt with electronic communications. We very much enjoyed our time in Cape Coral.

Friends winter getaway

This is a beautiful home with a great outside lounge area and the pool. We spent most evenings enjoying dinner & sunset out here... It's nice that there was a bathroom for each couple, and the kitchen is well stocked.. The 6 of us had a great time here, (away from the Michigan cold)

Good times

Beautiful home, friendly neighbors. Lots of entertainment at house books games hot tub pool. Read "sh** my dad says" while your there. Lots of laughs. It is a good distance from any beach and most restaurants close at 9 even on weekends. We did sit our brand new cooler out beside the car and someone stole it :/ but still a great vacay spot. Loved the home and its character. Excellent for my fur baby. Set up very well for him :)

Don’t bug me
I’m on vacation

First the property manager shows up the morning after we arrive at 9 AM banging on the door like the swat team, They were phone calls text messages emails from the rental property. I am on vacation. I will call if I need anything. Then we’re in the house and there’s tons of personal pictures, ashes from dad pets and who knows what else.There are no beach amenities, The garage was locked, no cooler available. The patio furniture was old smelled moldy and had holes in it as did the living room furniture. We felt like we were being watched, most uncomfortable VRBO we stayed in yet.

Great winter getaway

This property was exactly what we needed. After a long winter up north, decided to go FL for nearly a month. We stayed at this house for just over a 1.5wks. The house had a great backyard set up... outdoor eating, living area for outdoor movies, gas fire table, hot tub and pool. It’s why we selected this house. If you need a break from your own home, this place is great! It had all the entertainment the kids needed in one house. Also worth noting, the WiFi was great. Between remote school and remote work, it was a concern. But we were all able video conference at the same time. The house is updated, clean and well stocked. The pool has seen better days, but it’s really just cosmetic. This in no way impacted our enjoyment of the pool and property. And the pool heater was effective, I like a warm pool and we were able to set it to our liking (which you can’t say for all rentals). When I had questions, the property manager was friendly, helpful and responded promptly. I would definitely rent this place again.

Villa Serenity Stay

My wife and I stayed for 3 weeks and loved it. We enjoyed many days in the pool and hot tub, walks in the neighborhood, and nights out by the fire. Our dog, Missy, felt very much at home. Look forward to returning.

Great 2 weeks at Villa Serenity

My wife and I enjoyed our time at the villa. The home is spacious inside and outside. The outside area with pool, hot tub, tv, couches, fire pit is amazing and we spent a lot of time out there. Would definitely come back!

Cape coral villa

The villa was a very nice place to spend our vacation. It was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and the location was close to shops and stores. We also enjoyed the pool and patio and made use of the pool table. We were concerned, however, about the many breakable and valuable items that were in the home. The property is advertised as kid and pet friendly and I feel like things could easily be damaged with small children and animals in the home. The property manager was very attentive and even stopped by the villa personally to address our concerns. Overall it was a good experience.

Fabulous Place

Perfect place to relax, have fun in the pool or playing pool with family. The quirky and hilarious notes around the house were great to read and learn about the owner and items in the house. Will definitely stay again and will recommend Roelens Vacations!
