Bedrooms Bathrooms
Three bedrooms give everyone space to spread out, and two full bathrooms keep mornings smooth. Comfortable beds make it easy to sleep in after a long day on the water.

Living Dining Kitchen
The living area opens to the pool and canal through sliding glass walls, blurring the line between indoors and out. The full kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig, and everything you need to prep meals between beach runs. Gather around the dining table or take it outside there's an outdoor dining area and a grill for barbecues by the water.

Outdoor Amenities
The backyard is where you'll spend most of your time. The pool is heated and framed by sun loungers, with direct views of the canal. Tie up your boat at the dock, rinse off in the outdoor shower after a swim, and gather around the fire pit once the sun goes down. The outdoor seating make this the kind of space where hours disappear.

You will have access to entire home except one owner's closet. We offer contactless check-in with a smart lock door code that will be provided prior to your stay. Make yourself at home. We are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby.

Getting Around:
The nearest airport is Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), located 20 miles away. Drive times vary depending on traffic. Free parking is available on the premises. Public transportation options, including buses, are within a 15-minute drive, offering easy access to the area.

Other Things to Note:
And we are in Florida! It comes with the territory.. To avoid pests in the home, do not leave food out. If the pocket doors are open, keep the pool screen door closed. If you see pests in the home, no need to lose your mind, let me know. We'll contact our pest service and see what we can do to take care of it.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. There will be a $200 fine if evidence is found that guests were smoking on the property.

By booking, guests agree to the house rules.

This home is a great place to gather with friends, connect with family, or meet (online) with colleagues. This is not a party house, and any signs of unauthorized use in this regard will result in reporting to local authorities and eviction. There is a camera at the front door, and we will charge the full security deposit for any violation of agreement. In order to respect our neighbors, there is a loud noise curfew at 10:00 pm.
