Our newly remodeled property boasts an open layout, tons of natural light, quartz counters, stainless appliances, hardwood and tile floors, 2.5 bathrooms, a walk-in master closet, 3 Smart TVs and Wi-Fi. The outdoor space features 1st and 2nd floor decks overlooking a secluded, grassy backyard, a gas grill and huge dining table for 8! There are two parking spaces. A garage offers plenty of storage space and increased security for your bicycles and other personal belongings. We are conveniently located one block from a multi-million-dollar park (and dog park), 5 blocks from the Washington Mall, 4 blocks from the supermarket and .6 miles from the beach, straight down Madison (with a beach box at Queen St. from Memorial Day to Labor Day to store beach gear). Our proximity to the Physick’s Estate and Southern Mansion put you front and center during Cape May’s magical celebrations of Halloween and Christmas! If your goal is family fun and bonding, with the option for everyone to have their space come the end of the day, this quiet, welcoming condo will have you returning time and again.

Currently, we only offer rental periods of seven or fewer nights (depending on the season). There is a 7-night minimum during peak seasons and there is a per-dog pet fee.
