This villa should be perfect given the price, what should be a great property was spoiled by a lack of attention to the swimming pool and despite complaints about it, this was unresolved by the owner. Our stay was also affected by the previous renter, damaging blinds in two of the bedrooms. The property management team did a great job in providing a solution but we were also impacted when the blind company came to the premises and could not provide a solution, due to a break down in communication. We reported a shower failing to drain properly, after 3 nights along with a faulty fridge door, neither of which were resolved during our stayThe swimming pool was cloudy and dirty on arrival, a situation that was never resolved. The owner directly employed a pool cleaner , and not the property management company. This caused issues in communication and ultimately a pool that was never properly cleaned. The robotic pool hoover was useless and almost permanently stuck in the bottom corner of the pool, unlike other properties that we stayed in, where the hoover worked well. Use of a pool was a prime reason for renting this property, so this proved to be a huge disappointment, for my family. At the end of our stay, I provided the above feedback to the property management team on checkout.
