A comfortable home, elegantly furnished, situated high up against Signal Hill, above the historic village of Greenpoint. It has stunning seaviews, including Robben Island, the Greenpoint Botanical garden and golf course and the CT Stadium, all of which are within walking distance.

THE home features, main bedroom en suite with sea views, a further double bedroom en suite and a further double bedroom with courtyard garden and a full family bathroom across the passage. A modern spacious, fully equipped kitchen, with eat in bar counter, dining and lounge with lovely sea views, leading out onto a roof terrace with awesome views . It has been recently completely renovated and modernised.

BEACHES: Clifton ,& Camps Bay are a mere 6 km away, easy to reach by car within minutes. On foot you can take a leisurely walk through the charming historic village and will reach the best Deli's restaurants and cafes; a few minutes further through the Botanical Garden brings you to the beach and promenade. A few minutes going east you reach the V&A waterfont on foot. Go west and you can walk along the promenade for many km along the seaside. Ubers are instantly available and very inexpensive 24/7. Topless bus, hop on hop off is lots of fun and takes you almost everywhere; even to the winelands.

VICTORIA & ALBERT WATERFRONT: an awesomely beautiful playground which is the hub of activity in Cape Town , is only 2 km away. Amazing shopping malls, restaurants, boat trips and entertainment abounding.

NIGHTLIFE: Famous Long street pubs & restaurants or the Waterkant nightlife are a few minutes away by car. Greenpoint' trendy restaurants you can do on foot. Taxis are easy to get 24hrs a day and will cost you approx. R45.

Great location

We were here for a wedding the location was perfect. Perfect for a party of 5 , the smaller room did not have air conditioning but the lay out was good, Matthew was wonderful

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist schön ausgestattet. Leider liegt sie an einer verkehrsreichen Straße. Der „Pool“ ist auf den Bildern deutlich größer wirkend. Der Housekeeper Matthew ist sehr freundlich und um das Wohl seiner Gäste sehr bemüht.

Ferienhaus zum träumen...

Ein sehr schönes Haus in Hanglage am oberen Ende von Greenpoint mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Die Photos sind aber schon etwas älter, so ist der Stoff der Markise durchgerissen, der Vorhang im Wohnzimmer hat auch einen größeren Riss und 2 der 6 Stühle im Esszimmer müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden, weil sich das Geflecht auf der Sitzfläche komplett aufgelöst hat. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist zudem recht stark befahren. Bei Staus ist die Abgasbelastung durchaus spürbar (Kam in 3 Wochen einmal vor). Ein unkalkulierbares Risiko sind die staatlichen Stromabschaltungen, die auch in Kapstadt mittlerweile bei 6 bis 8 Stunden pro Tag liegen. Die Zeiten wechseln, weshalb das Herunterladen der Escom-App sinnvoll ist, um vorbereitet zu sein. Eine echte Perle ist Hauswart Mathew. Sehr nett, sehr zuvorkommend. Handtücher und Bettzeug wurden zweimal pro Woche gewechselt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, das gilt auch für den kleinen Pool. Wir würden wiederkommen, sofern sich die Strom- und Wasserversorgung im Land nicht verschlechtert.

Awesome views; lovely large private pool and very comfortably and stylishly furnished

Our extended family had a wonderful Holiday at Villa Joubert. It comfortable accommodates 8 persons. It so centrally located one can reach almost anything on foot. There is a lock up garage, if you have a car for excursions a little further afield. Taxis were available with ease. We will definenitely book this Villa for our next Cape Town stay.
