The Flamingo is a new development in the heart of Sea Point. This curvaceous building has an upbeat tropical modernist aesthetic reminiscent of Miami Beach and Honolulu. Designed by master architect Robert Silke, the studio apartment is designed to maximise space and delight. Located just steps from the famous Promenade, giving sun-loving residents pedestrian access to outdoor gyms, secret surf breaks, sunset picnic spots, and kilometres of seaside cycling, rollerblading, jogging and strolling.

This quirky studio apartment features minimalistic design with everything you need to make the most of your seaside escape.

A fully equipped kitchen, comfortable double bed, dedicated workstation, lounge with Smart TV/Netflix and a private balcony with views of Lion's Head.

The highly walkable neighbourhood is on the doorstep of the Sea Point Promenade. A stone throw from the olympic-sized Pavilion swimming pool and the plethora of shops, restaurants and cafés.
