Das herrlich benannte Capitola Sea Spray ist die hintere Wohneinheit eines Reihenhauses mit zwei Einheiten, das sich im pulsierenden Herzen des ruhigen und surferzentrierten Capitola befindet, nur einen Block vom Strand entfernt!

Das Townhome befindet sich im Dorf Capitola mit seiner malerischen Anlegestelle, seinen charmanten Geschäften, preisgekrönten Restaurants und verschiedenen Pubs - nur wenige Schritte von den Einkaufszentren und Dienstleistungen der 41st Ave entfernt!

Capitola ist eine historische und atmosphärische Küstenstadt mit vielen Surfspots, Boutiquen und zahlreichen Geschäfts- und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten für Jung und Alt. Die Stadt blüht, behält aber ihren unverwechselbaren und urigen Charakter bei Familien, Hundewanderern und Surfern.

Der gesamte Grundriss befindet sich im zweiten Stock über Ihrer privaten Parkgarage.

Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Allzweck-Sofa mit Queensize-Bett und einem zusätzlichen Sofa ausgestattet. Das Unterhaltungscenter verfügt über einen großen Flachbild-Kabel-TV. Die Schiebetür führt zu einer kleinen Terrasse mit Stühlen und Grill.

Ein Schreibtisch mit WLAN ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Küche verfügt über Granitfliesen, einen Geschirrspüler und eine Mikrowelle. Es ist komplett mit allen grundlegenden Küchengeräten und Zubehör ausgestattet. Esstisch bietet Platz für sechs und überblickt den Laufsteg.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein komfortables Queensize-Bett, eine passende Einrichtung, einen Flachbild-Kabel-TV und einen großen Kleiderschrank. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist mit zwei Einzelbetten und passenden Möbeln ausgestattet.

Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in der Waschküche neben der Küche.

Die private und sichere Garage bietet 2 Parkplätze für Einheit Nr. B, die einen einfachen Zugang zu Strandartikeln ermöglichen, sowie einen abgeschlossenen Abstellraum für Fahrräder und Surfbretter.

Very nice unit and location for our needs. It’s was comfortable and very clean. I had some trouble with the door and Surf City responded to my texts immediately! Hoping to make this a yearly visit!

the only negative would be no view, but it's got the amenities we need, the perfect location and in Capitola the parking spot is worth it's weight in gold. 2nd year staying here and I anticipate I will try to book for next year as well.

great location steps from the beach

Very clean, convenient, great location downtown. Well appointed Kitchen, Big Garage with 2 parking spots rare for Capitola appreciate the washer dryer. Stayed here with my teen daughters and two of their friends. Had a great time. There are no views from unit B but there is a balcony where you can sit outside and bbq and have some cocktails.

Great location

We stayed for the Mermaid Triatjlon and the location just could not be beat. As a family, there was east access to the beach and restaurants. As a triathlete, access to the transition zone was about two minutes away. Having the protected garage access was amazing, as parking downtown can get congested. Hoping to stay here again next year!

Great Location close to Restaurants, Shopping and Beach

This property was everything it was advertised to be. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the needed gadgets. The bedrooms were in the back of the property, so they were quiet. The garage provides two parking spots, which is great because parking is limited on this one way street. Something not mentioned in the listing is that there are 4 beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. Perfect with the beach a short walk away!

Great for our short stay!

My family and I stayed at this apartment for 4 days during a longer vacation. We were happy to discover that the apartment was spacious given its location in the heart of Capitola Village. It had all the basic necessities (beach towels and umbrella, lots of extra sheets/towels/pillows, pantry basics, shampoo/conditioner) for vacation rental which was really nice. Every morning I would take a walk to Mr Toots Coffeehouse with my daughter and we would sit ocean gazing on the esplanade. You could easily make a day of just staying in Capitola but often we went elsewhere earlier in the day and spend the late afternoon/early evening at Capitola Beach because it was so convenient and one of the best beaches for kids. Beds were comfortable and noise from the village on the weekends was minimal. The 2 parking spots was also key for a village rental, otherwise you'd never find parking. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is the following: the tub had a loud drip the entire time and the pillows were not the comfiest. They did send a plumber to try and fix the drip but turned out it couldn't be fixed during our stay. Also, it is in the heart of the village, which gets very crowded and traffic-laden during the summer. Great for people who don't mind/want that vibe but a little annoying if you're looking for seaside tranquility. You also get exposure to some classic Capitola characters that may be unwanted (e.g. group of locals drinking and hanging around their truck across the street everyday). But again, nothing out of the ordinary for this area and nothing egregious. Truly a great spot if you want to be blocks from the beach.

Cute place, GREAT location!

I selected this property because it was cute, had lots of light, and was close to downtown. I don't think you will find a greater location than this as the building literally sits right behind the shops on Capitola Ave. So you are steps away from shopping and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The place itself was small in square footage but felt much bigger due to the layout - the 6 of us didn't feel like we were in each other's way. Use of the garage was a huge bonus. My only complaint is that the outside light by the front door does not turn off (or I couldn't find the switch) so there is light that comes through the curtains all night. This is only an issue if you are sleeping on the pull-out couch of course and are light-sensitive when you sleep. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to spend time in Capitola.

Proximity to Beach with Private Garage Parking

Pros: One block walk to several stores, restaurants and beach. So nice to roll out of bed in the morning, walk to buy a coffee and sit on the beach to start the day. The locked private garage with two spots available for the unit was super helpful to have in this neighborhood. Almost all people out in public during COVID 19 were wearing a mask (and properly). Capitola has signs all over town reminding people to wear a mask. The beds in the unit were comfortable in our opinion. The kitchen has the basics and some more. It seemed there were some beach chairs available for renters in the garage. Nice to have a balcony, makes the space feel bigger. The location makes day trips to Santa Cruz and Monterey very easy. Cons: This might not be the unit for someone looking for a lot of peace and quiet. The area can be loud for a variety of reasons (traffic, barking dogs, etc...). Capitola Beach wasnt peaceful on the mornings that summer camp was in session. The camp program roped off a large section of the beach and the counselors led campers through boot camp like drills (barking, screaming and the works). Obviously, the owners and property managers aren't responsible for keeping the noise down around town. But it is good to know the unit is in the village proper and with that comes the noise of a village where homes and businesses are close together. Overall we had a good experience renting this condo.
