The property advertised “on the water” it was in the middle of town without even a view of the water. Although the owner was very polite and accurate with his communication about how to reach and enter the property the unit itself was not clean. The coffee maker was dirty. The floor tiles and especially the bathroom tiles were filthy. The bathroom towels (that the owner was very clear you would be charged for if there were any stains such as make up on them) felt as if they were rinsed out and hung to dry. The unit was sparsely stocked with barely any plates and no towels to dry them if you would have wanted to bring a meal into the unit. The advertisement said daily housekeeping but there was none. It was very obvious that other property owners in the same complex were not happy having guest units within the complex. Would NOT recommend.

The property is huge, clean, with small backyard. It is just 3-5 min from restaurants, shopping, funicular.

We had a private terrace for 2 separate rooms , since we were travelling together with the couple of the the other room, we had a lovely terrace to relax before and after supper. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room was #3.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this place. The cleanliness was also subpar.. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making check-in and any inquiries a frustrating process. I'm sorry, but the bathroom conditions in this place were truly unacceptable. The lack of cleanliness was evident from the moment I walked in. The tiles were grimy and discolored, and the grout was coated with a layer of dirt and mold. The sink and countertop were covered in water spots and soap scum, indicating a lack of attention to detail when cleaning. The toilet bowl had stains that had clearly been there for a while, and the overall odor in the bathroom was unpleasant. It's evident that proper cleaning and maintenance were neglected, making the entire stay uncomfortable and unsanitary. The shower drain barely drained, resulting in a pool of stagnant water that was not only uncomfortable but also unhygienic. The drain was clogged with hair and debris, indicating a lack of regular maintenance. Trying to shower in these conditions was frustrating, as I had to constantly pause to prevent the water from overflowing onto the bathroom floor. It's clear that the hotel's neglect of this basic necessity seriously impacted the quality of my stay. The coffee machine was a disappointment from the start. It was evident that it hadn't been cleaned in ages. I wished I can load videos to this review. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay
