Welcome to Pelican Pointe, one of the most spectacular beachfront homes on North Captiva Island. Perched directly on the Gulf, this beautifully rebuilt and newly renovated 4-bedroom home offers some of the most unobstructed sunset views on the island. Situated on a quiet stretch of private beach, you'll enjoy soft white sand, endless water views, and peace and tranquility.

With 2 beachfront decks and a crow's nest you can always see the water and beach. The crows nest offers breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views of the entire island, the Gulf, and Pine Island Sound. Whether you're watching the sunrise, spotting wildlife, or enjoying an evening cocktail at sunset, the views are unforgettable.

Pelican Pointe comfortably accommodates families and groups with two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and a bunk room that kids love. Every bed is outfitted with premium Casper mattresses. The two king rooms each feature Gulf-front decks where you can wake up to the sound of waves and enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the water.

The open-concept living area includes comfortable seating, a large 75-inch Smart TV, games for children and families, and plenty of room to gather together. The home features two full bathrooms plus a convenient powder room as well as an outside shower for coming off the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, serving pieces, small appliances, coffee makers, toasters, and many of the essentials needed for preparing meals at home. Two full-size refrigerators provide ample space for groceries and beverages, making extended stays easy and convenient. Just off the kitchen, you'll find a grill perfectly positioned for outdoor cooking while enjoying the spectacular Gulf sunsets.

For added convenience, the home is stocked with bath towels, beach towels, bed linens, and an in-home washer and dryer, allowing guests to pack lighter and settle in comfortably.

Outsude youhave access to beach chairs and beach toys, Two golf carts are included with your stay for exploring the island, and we are happy to help arrange additional golf cart rentals if needed.

After 4 or 5 trips to North Captiva and just as many rental houses, we’ve learned that the little things can make or break a family beach vacation—and somehow, this house got every single one right.The photos simply cannot do justice to the views from every level. The sunsets were unreal, but I equally loved staring out ALL day looking out at the water thinking, “they absolutely nailed this design.” Listing photos are exactWith two little kids, the incredibly close beach access was a game changer. Hauling towels, toys, snacks and a cooler is enough of an operation; being able to easily run back for whatever we inevitably forgot was amazing. The outdoor shower/foot wash, plus a broom AND stick vacuum (possibly the weirdest things I’ve ever praised in a review!) made keeping sand under control so easy.And TWO full-size fridge/freezers! One for a week’s groceries and one for drinks no refrigerator Tetris. Brilliant.Beds were incredibly comfortable, showers had great pressure, AC was flawless, the kitchen was well stocked, and we loved the conveniently located grill. Porch ceiling fans even made August happy hours outside enjoyable!Communication was wonderful before and during our stay, and Nicole and homeowner Rebecca went above and beyond when canceled flights unexpectedly extended our trip. That meant so much to us. If you’re new to North Captiva, this house will spoil you. If you’re a seasoned visitor like us, it will remind you exactly why you keep coming back.
