We cashed in our points (key cash?) to enjoy a free stay. We came back from dinner at 7:30 to relax and watch TV (on a road trip). There was some relatively strong winds, but no storms in the area. No TV reception due to “weather conditions”. The front desk couldn’t have cared less. They sent me to the room to pull the plug on the TV and reboot. That didn’t work, so they then confessed others were having the same problem. They tried to give me another room, but no TV reception there either. Funny, but the next morning during a thunderstorm we suddenly had service. I feel we wasted our free night and I feel cheated. Can anyone restore our points?

This hotel is a step above other budget hotels. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was all so kind and friendly. The lobby was comfortable. My only issue was the grungy caulking in the walk in shower. It’s an easy fix so I wonder why the cleaning staff are satisfied with a 5 foot grunge in the bathroom.

Clean, comfortable, worth the $$

Rooms are nice and very clean, and a great free breakfast. Walls are not to thin so even a light sleeper like myself got a good nights sleep. Staff was all very friendly and accommodating, even checked us in a bit early after a six hour drive. It was our second stay here while in town to visit family, will definitely stay here again.
