LIVING SPACE - On the ground floor you'll have a good sized living room with 2 sofas and an armchair - plenty of space to relax.
There is a large screen smart TV in the living and another in the open plan kitchen-dining area.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher). Plus a Lavazza coffee machine & pods.
SLEEPING - The four bedrooms are all a good size:
Bedroom 1 - 1 x double bed
Bedroom 2 - 2 x single beds
Bedroom 3 - 2 x single beds
Ground Floor Bedroom - 1 x double bed
BATHROOMS - you'll have a modern & stylish bathroom on the first floor. There is a shower-over-the-bath.
OUTSIDE SPACE - at the back of the house you will have a large private patio area. There is outdoor furniture to enjoy and the patio gets lots of sunshine in the summer.
