This is a beautiful property in a truly wonderful location. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, especially how conveniently close it is to the beaches and Legoland. The host was also highly communicative and fast to respond to our questions, which we really appreciated.Since this appears to be a fairly new property, there are a few easy fixes that would immediately elevate the experience, especially given the premium price point of nearly 1,000 per night:Cleanliness: The balcony floor and outdoor furniture were a bit dusty upon arrival, and we noticed some stains on the master bedroom sofa. There was also a significant amount of sand left in the washer and dryer.Maintenance: The king bed base appears to be damaged in the middle, and an LED strip was falling off one of the bed frames. Additionally, two of the automatic blinds were broken and wouldn't roll up.Amenities: There were no tissue boxes in the living room or kitchen (only paper towels). Furthermore, no basic condiments or coffee capsules were provided for the coffee maker. While the host noted we could bring our own, stocking a few simple coffee pods or tea bags would make the stay feel much more welcoming at this price tier.Usability: The house has an overwhelming number of light switches, which can get confusing, particularly for older guests. Adding simple, clear labels to the switches would be a massive help. These are genuine suggestions because this house is gorgeous and has so much potential!
