Complimentary breakfast advertised while booking, not honored while there. During breakfast-chef was a no show, late start with limited menu. Dinner in-room dining was unavailable. No Wifi. The app does not work for checking in or out. The luggage trolley carts had deflated wheels, and no help was present. The in room phone barely worked. With all that, the hotel staff provided comlumenary 1 breakfast, and 1 dinner.

I overall really liked the property. I did feel a little unsafe realizing there were train tracks behind us but was just watchful at night. I was not aware about the very expensive parking cost of $35 per night. There is no breakfast included and because pets are allowed. It smelled very bad in the hallways. But the location was amazing. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very kind and the outside amenities were nice.

Unfortunately, we were informed that the pool and hot tub were not functioning and unavailable for our stay. We came for a wedding a day earlier, hoping to relax at the pool and have lunch, which we discovered wasn't served by the restaurant at all. Bummer!
