VERY loud expressway that is heard really well in the room. The cleaning stuff will knock on your door 10am, refuse to say who they are when you ask who is there, and then will go ahead an unlock and open your door without answering who they are or getting permission from you to enter. The room was clean. No shampoo or other things provided besides a bar of soap.

They room was nice and the linens were clean and fresh but the floor was dirty. I was walking barefoot and when i got in the shower the tub was black from my feet being dirty. This happened after i arrived at the room that evening and i wanted to take a shower after a long busy day. The noise level was bad at night and could hardly sleep. I was placed in the last room (203) by the freeway. Also, there was a dog barking off and on throughout the night.

We always statt at this hotel when we visit. The property is well maintained, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is quiet. It is next to the freeway, but the noise is not noticeable from inside the rooms. There is a handicap lift for the pool for those needing it. The only downside was we had to wear socks in the room because the floors looked clean, but left the bottoms of our feet quite dirty.

Pro: Easy access to highway 5. One exit away from Legoland. Plenty of parking. For the most part room is clean. Beds were somewhat comfortable. Con: Way over priced for what you get. Not sure how this property got so many stars. Customer service is lackluster. Never stayed somewhere where shampoo was not available in room. Had to ask for in from front desk. When I did they gave me a bad look. Room had a moldy odor once my family and I walked in. Make sure you bring your own hand soap. Hotel close to highway so you can hear the traffic. Not good for families. Overall, not worth what I paid for. Maybe I would stay here again for just myself but not with family.

I needed a place to stay overnight - coming in on an international flight connecting to a domestic. Not too surprising these days, it was a mess - so I came in more than six hours late. Despite it being near midnight - the manager was there to let me in and the room comfortable and convenient. Sure it's not the Ritz-Carlton at Turtle Bay (a truly superb hotel) - but it does the job and it does it well, especially for the price. It's in a safe area with a couple of good breakfast places nearby as well as a Vons for essentials. Thank you to the manager for the friendly welcome and for offering a more than reasonable product.

Blown away. Might be the cleanest nicest motel 6 you'll ever stay at. $100 for clean spacious room, working AC, and a clean (albeit unheated) pool. Felt safe in the area and close to everything you need. Would stay again.
