The staff I s the worst I've ever met! Rude. Didn't clean my room. Left me no toilet, soap or fresh towels. They locked me out of my room. So when I returned that evening after dark I couldn't get in! I had to go get my key recoded. Then I was told I guess you'll just have to mske uour own bed! When I asked for soap I was told they normally charge for 'extra' but I'll give you a bar. A little motel bar for all the 4 of my family to share! Just had to 'deal' with whatever toilet paper we had! (Thankfully I had a roll in my car.) Our entire stay someone would bang on people's doors in the middle of the night. I reported it but all I was yold was "it happens all the time". I will NEVER stay or recommend anyone to stay here again! I am a very tolerable person but there were too many things that happened and the rudeness of the staff was unacceptable.

Scott, the front desk clerk, was super nice and accomodating. Location is great. Price is great - but you get what you pay for. Bathrooms made me laugh because it looks like they want to be updated, but they let a child do the work.

The room was pretty decent for a motel 6. I believe had renovations. Our door would not close unless forced closed with deadbolt and even then air and light would still come through indicating that the door was not fully closed into the frame. Beds were newer but stiff and small. Everything was decent shape until the floors. My kids feet were black everytime. We would wear socks and this black filth all over them. It was disgusting. My spouse tried cleaning the floors with wipes and such and it seemed to not come off. It was like the maids never mop the floors.

Freeway is loud. The building shakes when people are going up and down the stairs; it feels like an earthquake. Scary. The floors had not been swepted or mopped. I tried wiping up drops of water and the floor was black; its was disgusting. Microwave and frig had not been cleaned. Bed is uncomfortable. Only two places to hang two towels.

Terrible customer service! The receptionist was rude and aggressive! I did not recommended this Motel 6 at all! I booked a room online and when we get there we were not allowed to park on the hotel premises because we had a truck and a car trailer. Fortunately, Hotels.com was able to help us to get the refund. The refund is on process right now.

staff is extremely rude. no room service on my last night and was told, I guess you'll have to make your own bed. When I told them I had no soap I was told that they usually charge $1.00 per amenity. I didn't even have toilet paper and they could have cared less. never stay there again! Rude! Rude! Rude!
