Motel style meant lugging suitcase up and down. No flushing toilet on first floor. Coffee tasted like second brew with same grounds. Avoid avoid avoid. Only plus was comfortable bed but we reserved king and got 2 doubles. Never again. Done with Quality hotels!!!

We usually have a good experience here. It is clean, comfortable, pet friendly and you can park your car right outside your room. The issue this time was check in process. We waited for about 30 mins since the front desk gal had an issue with the password while working another customer. I just stood there waiting with no acknowledgement from the front desk ) like, “My apologies, I will be with you ASAP”. It was just weird. A little customer service goes a long way.

They only gave us one key and then it stopped working at 8 am when we were trying to load up to leave. They reset it but it was a pain in the cold trying to pack a car with two dogs. It’s seemed like everything was being done as cheap as possible. Breakfast was very minimal had to ask for plates and coffee. No one was very friendly.

This was by far the worst stay i have ever had. The staff were so nosey. They kept walking by trying to look in our room. They would also come to the room with 3 people knocking trying to look in the room. Very rude and disgusting. They made my wife feel very uncomfortable
