Second stay this year at this lovely property for Round Top Antiques Fair
quiet, peaceful, lovely in Spring with Bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrush
main cafe in town open at 0700 for breakfast (wonderful scones/coffee) 
once in town there are many shops/restaurants within walking distance
 short drive in the other direction gets you to the friendly vendors at Y Station
.easy communication with host, Ashley
camper clean, spacious for two of us and check-in snacks provided
plan to stay here whenever we can make it back for the Round Top show!

Great location so close to Round Top .The camper was perfect for two even three. Very clean and cozy . It was great to watch the cows chickens Roosters Goose while the sun was setting between the trees .

It was very quiet area. Just confused of the sleeping arrangements. The bunks weren't twin size. They were narrower and so clise together in height. No coffee, handsoap, soap to shower with. But it was all just ok

I rode the MS150 and this was an excellent choice to stay between the Saturday and Sunday ride out of LaGrange. The property is a ranch and we made friends with the cows, calves, geese, and chickens! Nothing fancy, but that's how I like it. Owners are so nice. It was great sitting out behind the camper at sundown watching the cows eat hay and relaxing from a long ride. This would be a great spot for weekenders to Round Top not wanting to be in the busy part of town.

Round Top Treasure Hunt

The camper fit our needs perfectly! Quiet beautiful surroundings and close to all the activities that Round Top has to offer. We will definitely be back. Ashley the host was awesome!

Great accommodations for antique show

We had one minor issue that the host fixed promptly after notifying them. Other than that we had a great stay while we shopped for 4 days at the round top fall antique show.

Was exactly as advertised

We were very lucky to secure this RV at the last minute after I booked the dates of our Vrbo incorrectly! The RV was exactly as advertised and communication with the owner was easy! We even were able to watch her feed their farm animals while sitting outside. RV was clean, beds comfortable and shower worked great (for an RV)! Would definitely stay here again if needed!

Ok stay but will book elsewhere in future.

The stay was ok. I would not book here in the future. This is a camper parked in someone's back yard next to their carport. Not very private but it rained so we couldn't sit outside anyway. It worked for one night but AC was very loud in bunk room so it was hard to get a good nights sleep and ears were humming by morning.

The property owner was responsive to our problems. No heat, provided small electric heaters but they tripped breakers (it was freezing inside) and unit ran continuously all night but no heat, some lights didn’t work (fixed after first night) no fire pit outside like advertised. I would stay again for location but my friend would not stay here again.

Relaxing Property and Equipped Camper

Comfortable beds, responsive host, easy check-in/out. This camper was perfect for our short stay in Round Top! We were out visiting shops and restaurants throughout the day, and this was a great, peaceful and comfortable place to end the day. Beds were extremely comfortable, linens were just right, a few bottles of water & snacks were provided and that was a small but very nice touch. A cold front came in so we did wind up using the heater a little and it worked great. Easy to get to from Round Top’s downtown squares. I’m 5’10” and the bed and camper were spacious enough! We didn’t cook because we wanted to try the local restaurants, but the camper has everything needed to do so. Easy/quick check-in and out. Great host. Would definitely return. Thank you!

It was exactly what we needed

While in Round Top for antiques show we needed a place to settle each night. It was just outside the hustle of the main road tucked away in country. We enjoyed our bovine neighbors, who we greeted each morning. While I tend to forget my husband is 6’4” tall, 4 nights of camper life after roaming the fields all day didn’t seem to bother him too much. Lol. Owner was available for any questions and gave great instructions on getting there and getting in. Thank you.

Just what we needed

Exactly what we needed for our last minute girls weekend to round top. The location couldn’t have been any better. The RV isn’t anything fancy and space is very limited for getting ready (there were 3 of us), but we all agreed we would stay here again in a heart beat. Clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked with waters, felt very safe and the owner was so gracious and easy to communicate with.
